What a beautiful hotel. The staff was absolutely wonderful. The room was very clean. The location was just perfect, walking distance to some great shops and restaurants. The pool area is exquisite. For as many trips as I’ve made to Palm Springs in the last year plus, I wish I had found this gem sooner! My room was tucked inside the interior hall, so did not open directly to the outside; but those rooms had seating right outside their door and sun shade(think cabana style). My room was gorgeous with a very comfy queen bed, a fireplace (decorative, only), keurig, mini fridge, and more. Two glasses of champagne on the house! Pool and spa open 24 hours, fireplace on the second floor balcony overlooking the pool. Unlimited candy bar!!! I could go on and on, but this place is truly special. The buildings 90 years old, so there are going to be some imperfections. My only gripe is that the WiFi was not working very well, so I used my phone hot spot for my laptop. Also, if you require an elevator, make sure you ask for a first floor room as the property does not have one. Otherwise, highly recommended to anyone and everyone!
