Gorgeous property, comfortable bed, love the fireplace in the room! Excellent location.

The staff and quaint nature the property ae great, as is the convenient location. It seems unfortunately that the area is not very safe, this is not a problem with the staff, but the location or town. A gated entrance perhaps?

Everything was excellent. Only improvement needed is the bathroom shower/tub is outdated and in need of replacement.

Located in the centre of downtown this is a neat little hotel with pool . Great for walking the streets

Another great stay at this beautiful hotel. Loved that the pool is open 24 hours.

Great property. Bed was old an older spring mattress and needs to be replaced.

Very clean, well maintained property. Staff was super nice and accommodating. The hotel was right in the heart downtown and walkable to a variety of restaurants, shopping, and local attractions.

Cute hotel in a terrific location one block from downtown and its myriad restaurants and stores. It was lightly staffed, but they were very nice and helpful. Our room was awesome - large and comfortable. BUT, the Wi-Fi was horrible and non-existent in places in our room. When it did work it was no better than the 28.8 mbps modem days. The free breakfast was worthless. Due to lingering Covid paranoia/excuses, it is a bag with a plastic wrapped Danish from a convenience store, a dry granola bar, a bottle of Sunny D (does anyone over 12 drink Sunny D?), and an orange. Speaking of Covid, the remotes are wrapped in plastic because apparently owners believe that Covid is transmitted by touching remote controls. Lastly, the towels were from the 1990s and did not have a thread of softness to them. They are suitable for drying your car.

I loved this hotel! Great location in the middle of downtown, the staff was so kind and the room was gorgeous and comfortable. Bonus points for the glass of welcome sparkling wine and the fireplace in the room.

Love the hotel. Need higher temp hot water in shower

Great experience! We will be back!

Staff not wearing face masks during Covid. Quality of hotel and basically all amenities poor. Asked for short late checkout and was denied without any accommodation. Had to rush out of hotel. Overall bad experience. :(

Beautiful rooms.. Kind staff. Can't wait to go back

This is great. Will come back for sure. Will recommend.

24 hr pool and jacuzzi, champagne on arrival, friendly staff

Thank you for writing a review. I'm sure you are aware of the stipulations in Palm Springs with Covid 19. When it comes to the items in our breakfast bag, I am also sure you know the problems we face on getting supplies right now. I apologize that you feel it was not up to your standard and hope you give us another try when we are up and running at 100%.
