This hotel has a lot to offer. The staff for the most part were exceptional. Friendly & helpful. The hotel is beautiful and well maintained. Only issues were 1. It advertised a shuttle from the airport but when we arrived they said they do not have one unless you are airline staff & to get a cab/uber. 2. This is a small but frustrating thing. We are at the pool as were maybe 50 others on a Monday 4pm in 98 degree weather. I went the main hotel bar that’s approx 100 feet from the pool, as the pool bar is closed on weekdays I requested a blended drink. The bartender in the hotels main bar said they do not have a blender, that only the pool bar has one & they are closed. Mind you the pool bar is maybe 150 feet from the main bar & it is, as described closed. Maybe it’s just me but in Palm Springs in a very nice large hotel I’d think they could provide a blender in the bar on weekdays.
