Stunning Modern Home Gated community

We are in north Palm Springs in gated community off of Bolgart Trail. House built in 2013 so very modern and clean lines. Last year we did rental with high end only but this year opened up to public.
The vacation home is air-conditioned and features 4.5 bathrooms and space to spread out with 4 bedrooms. Other standard amenities include a private pool, a washing machine, and a fireplace.
