The office is closed from 5pm to 9 am except Fridays, making it hard to reach them with questions before our stay But Sat night we forgot our keys, called the service and within a minute somewas was there to let us in. Rooom was great, very nice if basic.
Excellent experience the entire stay.
I liked the 6 person sleeping capacity and fully stocked linens
We loved our room. It was well equipped and had plenty of room for my family of 4.
Check in, well check in was self service as the office is closed after 5:00. I had to crawl around to find a lock box with my room key. The room...must be circa 1985. The furniture was inexpensive and spartan to begin with and is now very worn with time. There was a live bug in my bed, and dead ones around the kitchen. The AC worked well enough, and there were way more than usual channels on cable TV, which was a real plus. The grounds are rough, not polished. The shower in the master bedroom was a vertical coffin...the kind where if you drop the soap, you have to stand outside the shower to be able to bend and pick it up, the showerheads were plastic and barely anchored to the wall. At best, this is a basic economy stay for a family used to roughing it. The two bedroom unit was spacious, the second bedroom had two single beds.
