The landscape was architecturally designed by the renowned Studio AR & D Architects, Sean Lockyer. The large lot (0.26 acres) is perfect for indoor/outdoor entertaining with multiple sliding doors leading from the living areas and kitchen to an expansive, covered patio.

This home offers stunning views of the San Jacinto Mountains, a sparkling pool, rejuvenating spa, and cozy fire pit ideal for desert stargazing. Located just a few minutes from downtown, you can enjoy world-class dining, live entertainment, unique shopping, museums and even a weekly farmer’s market.

Originally built in 1960, the home has been renovated and upgraded throughout with many modern conveniences and decorated in a minimalist style. It’s designed to take full advantage of the mountain and pool views and an open floor plan that is perfect for entertaining or family gatherings. Modern furnishings and bright artwork provide a delightful complement to the home's mid-century architecture.

The home features concrete floors in main areas and new carpet in bedrooms. There are 2 primary suites with ensuite baths, plus 1 bedroom with adjacent hall bath and a 4th small bedroom/office. The home can accommodate up to 6 guests. You will find fresh and comfortable linens, towels and bathrobes for use during your stay. Fast and reliable internet is included and there are wall-mounted televisions in the living room and in the 2 primary suites.

The updated kitchen has quartz countertops, modern cabinetry and bright European wall tile. You’ll find plenty of cookware, utensils, dishes, drinkware (plastic and glass) along with bowls and serving platters allowing you to prepare, cook, and dish up anything from snacks to gourmet meals. Dine indoors or enjoy alfresco dining under the covered patio with Sunbrella drapes.

The entire west side of the home features floor-to-ceiling glass sliders offering natural light and views of the amazing backyard and mountains. The sprawling and fully private backyard (with 10 foot hedges) offers you a truly private paradise.
