For starters, check if your hotel has a policy in regards to dress code. You'll probably be given a robe and slippers, but this isn't always so. Underneath, make sure you're as comfortable as possible; track pants, yoga bottoms, loose-fitting sweatshirts and T-shirts are often encouraged. Sports shoes and trainers are generally allowed, but confined to dry areas only. You may also like to bring another bathing suit and some extra clothing along with you.
