We truly loved our stay at the Paradisus Palma Real Golf & Spa Resort. A special thank-you to Mr. Antonio, who went above and beyond to help us with our reservations. We were having trouble with one of the booking kiosks when he noticed us and kindly offered assistance. We were a bit skeptical at first, but the next day he followed up proactively with updates on the reservations he secured for us. That level of care is exactly what defines exceptional hospitality. We would also like to sincerely thank Mr. Juan, the Guest Experience Manager. He made our checkout process smooth, guided us through using the luggage room, and treated us with such warmth and professionalism. We booked two different rooms for my family and parents and they all were highly pleased at the beautiful, clean resort. They especially loved the beach and pools and food and drinks. We found staff to be very accommodating and they would love to return next year.

The room has nothing to do what they showed us in the pciture. I literally paid etra to get a nice loking room with a view but we were given a 2. floor very old room and obstructed view. The food was merel average and even the so called facny restraurants had very limited menu. Everything seems to be good for circle members. The stuff were mixed, some were very nice but other were not that helpful. Enligh is a big problem and communication is limited. The kids club was amazing. But again, the food was merely medicore and not a varity for seafood or vegeterian people.

I rarely write negative reviews, but our experience at Paradisus Palma Real was alarming. During our stay around Storm Melissa, my wife bit into a piece of glass inside a sushi roll. We caught it in time, but this is a severe food-safety breach with potentially life-threatening consequences. We also observed flies on exposed items at the buffet on multiple visits—covered stations and active monitoring were clearly lacking. Finally, during the intense rains from the storm, no porters assisted with transportation around the property. There was no facilitation to reach our room, leaving us to trek through heavy rain with small children—completely avoidable at a resort of this category. Safety and basic service should come first. The hotel offered a one-night compensation conditional on signing a legal release of liability, which we declined—not the kind of paperwork anyone expects on a family vacation. I sincerely hope management immediately strengthens kitchen QA (including controls to prevent foreign objects and better pest management) and ensures proactive, weather-contingent guest transport during storms. Until then, I cannot recommend this property.

The resort overall was nice. There were a few areas that could be improved. The food wasn’t great but then we are very fussy eaters. The room was nice but could have been cleaner. There were ants in the counter and a cockroach came out in the bathroom but we called down to the front desk and they sent someone up right away to spray for them and it did kill it. Our concierge Leandro was amazing!!!! He was the best and always friendly and supper helpful! He definitely made the week very relaxing and stress free. Thank you!!!! The bar tender at the pool bar was sooo nice and the waitress at the buffet. We couldn’t have asked for better service!
