The beach

This hotel was very nice. Large pool, plenty of restaurants, and caring staff. However I will note some things that we were not satisfied with. The hotel lacked in activities and excitement. There were no fun competitions, engaging scenarios, or shows in their theater. I will say the animators were energetic, but they were limited in what they could do. All that was available were alcohol tastings, soap creating events that lasted 5 min, and guided exercise classes. Additionally, we were asked twice, on submitted forms, what we were celebrating before our visit, to which I would always let them know it was our honeymoon, and absolutely NOTHING special was done for that! Why ask? Lastly, we were told we were supposed to have a concierge that would contact us with whatever we may need. We were never contacted nor did anyone ever check in on us. Until the last day an employee asked us by chance if we had just checked in, looking for another couple. We said no, we were leaving the next day, and she checked our room info and told us we were supposed to have a concierge but we were linked to a wedding party. So that's why no one contacted us... It was definitely just the two of us and we booked on Orbitz, no way we were tied to a wedding party. Though we still made the best of our stay, and enjoyed our honeymoon, we always felt that something was missing. I'd only recommend this hotel to someone if what they're looking for is to be unbothered and do absolutely nothing.

Great property, friendly staff, great food and drinks for being all inclusive. Overall very satisfied with the trip. Pros: Concierge that responds fast. Nicely maintained beach. Nice pool area and seating. Quick and courteous food staff. Good food options. Amazing rooms and amenities. Well maintained property. Cons: Annoying pressure from "the circle" timeshare staff. Annoying presence and persistence of excursion/ "extra services" companies. Inconsistent food quality/ temperature.

My husband and I went to Paradisus Palma Real in July 2021 for a week ,It was our first time in punta cana.We just loved it,Everything was great ,the hotel ,the service,everything.I really recommend it ,we definitely want to go back .

Staff need more training on how to work with people's,sometimes if you don't tips them they don't pay attention to you i see that alot more the bars attended.the staff's who clean the room was excellent.

Staff very friendly, service was good, but the food was terrible, the same food everyday, no shrimp, no steak, no lobster at the buffet, we went as big group total of 11 rooms 35 guest planning to have a big July birthdays celebration but at first we couldn’t make any reservations at the restaurant at all, ours plan is we have to eat at buffet every breakfast, lunch and dinner for our 5days of vacation, I got very frustrated and disappointed after 2 days of our vacation, finally I spoke to the manager at the restaurant, Chef that in charge the resort, then the manager of the resort and complained my frustration, then they were able to get us taking care the last 2 days, we’re able to have our birthdays celebration, and dinner at the restaurant before we leave. Feel like vacation the last 2 days. I usually don’t write reviews, but this’s bad until I speak up to the manager. Hopefully they’ll experiencing in food service are served better for everyone coming there in the future. Other than that, the resort are beautiful, service was great, clean facilities, WiFi excellent work at the beach.

The staff was excellent! The food was nothing to talk about.

The food options were absolutely awful. No snacks available during the day. All of the restaurants were booked every night. It just was sn awful experience. The room was terrible and very old. One light contolled all the rooms so it was annoying at night if you had to go to restroom...you end up waking everyone up.

The staff was excellent however none of the amenities that the website mention were available casino was closed, none of the shows were performing they don’t even play music by the pool it was extremely boring. When you go on vacation you want to have fun in this property the only fun you have is the beach and the pool other than that everything is boring.

The landscaping was very good and pleasing to the eyes. The food was okay.
