As a repeat visitor I have to say that I will never go back to this place again. My original trip was planned for july 19 to july 22 2024. The day of my flight there was a global tech outage, and hundreds of flights were cancelled. This is something that doesn't happen everyday and the hotel didn't even consider modifying my dates or refunding my money. You would think that in a situation like this, it would be a valid reason to refund people their money or change my dates at-least which was what I initially wanted.No type of consideration and worst customer service i have ever experienced. The world can turn upside down and they wouldn’t care as long as they have their money. They have lost a repeat visitor along with all my recommendations. I will not be recommending them to my traveling family and friends any longer.

We just came back from our stay at Paradisus. The checking process was a bit long and the guys at the front desk didn’t explain everything we need to know. My first 2 days at Paradisus was a little bit as expected until I met Stephanie Castillo from guest services. She was extremely professional, kind understanding and genuinely helped me and my families stay at the hotel a breeze. We were at Paradisus to celebrate my in-laws 50th anniversary and Stephanie made everything so easy and possible for us. She did all the restaurant bookings for us and made sure my families were well taken care of. Stephanie is such an access to the Melia group. I hope the recognize how a good employee can change the guest experience. Thank you Stephanie Castillo for everything you did to make our trip memorable.

I had an incredible stay at the Hotel Paradisus Palma Real Golf & Spa Resort! Antonio was a tremendous help and an excellent guide throughout our trip. My family was a party of 11 and we all enjoyed our stay at Paradisus Palma Real...plenty of food options, nice clean beach, and great swimming pools..... special thanks to Stephanie Castillo from guest services for making sure all our needs were met. She went above and beyond by making our dinner reservations for us every night because we were a large group, following up every day to see how we are doing and helping us with everything we needed. Stephanie made our entire stay more enjoyable and we are already thinking about coming back here again next summer, highly recommend.

The resort was beautiful. The atmosphere was fantastic and every day and night there was a different activity. Everything was clean, everyone was friendly and helpful. Our concierge Jordania took care of all of our restaurant reservations, was on top of everything we needed, excellent attention. 10/10 recommend.

The property is very safe. Security at the beach is constantly checking for any vendors approaching the guests to ensure they feel safe. The staff is great. Always looking for a way to provide an excellent service. Our concierge was constantly texting us and making sure we had options for specialized restaurants at night. The rooms are very moderns and counts with all the necessary items you need to have a pleasant stay. We traveled with a 3 year old and a 6 years old. The facility foes not have much for kids with the exception of the kid's club. However, they are always trying to setup different activities in the pool areas so the smalls ones have something to enjoy as well.

Paradisus palma real was one of rhe best vacations rhat we have had. The staff made us feel like family. Beginning with Jordania our concierge who helped us figure out the best time to go into town and arranged a car for us. Fion talked with us everynight and made sure that we were comfortable at every wvent rhat the hotel had for families. Milton saw that i was not interested in the food rhT my husband ordered for me and brought me a different order that just mase me feel like someone really wanted me to ensure that i ate a good meal. Dalwin made surw the samw for my husband, when he niticed that my husband order a small meal and made sure to bring him another meal, not one but twuce. The staff at the lunch box really out did themselves always checking on us to see if we needed any more coffe or just to see if we were ok. The chef Felix at the Japanese restaurant really surprised me when he gave a couple that was in the room with us a plate for there 3 year old daughter. The parenta said rhat he did not have ro the girl could wat out of the dads platw but chef Felix made her a plate.all for herself and the little girl was so happy to eat like the adults. I would recommend paradisus palma real to anyone that is interested in visiting punta cana. I look forward to our next visit with our daughters.

Overall stay was good. The check-in process was not a bad experience with over 1 hour past guarantee check-in time and front desk not being able to expedite or letting us know when it will be ready.

Resort is absolutely beautiful we stayed in the presidential reserve which was very spacious with beautiful view of the beach. We were told this room came with personal concierge/butler but we met Cristian our assigned concierge once on our way to room after check in, he was suppose to assist us with any request like dinner reservations or excursions. However we did not get that assist from Cristian during our entire stay we had to figure it out ourselves. Other than that disservice the staff who did assist us with any request were super nice and attentive. And overall the stay was great, will definitely stay here again.
