I like the look of the property, grounds were well taken care of. It can be hard to get reservations for the restaurants so you're stuck with the buffet which was pretty good. Frozen drinks are non existent, pina colida's and such type of drinks are basically mix and alcohol with ice chips. They have no blenders.

Straight to the point do not go here!! The stuff don’t speak a lick of English and they cater to the locals. The 1st room we got was a ocean front and it was disgusting we had to pay $40 to upgrade to another ocean front on the other side of the building which was much cleaner. The food was good besides breakfast very basic. They have some activities but the nightly entertainment is bland and once again only for their Spanish speaking guest nothing about the resort was versatile nothing we enjoyed being off the resort to be honest and as I told the manager I’ve travelled a lot of places but this resort was by far the worse and I wouldn’t recommended it to any American to spend your money somewhere they’ll appreciate you $1700 lol never again DR

2nd time I've been there. Wasn't to happy this time around, missing small things from my room. Didn't like the food at the buffet. Drinks was watered down. The transportation back to the airport picked me up way to early and I didn't know until 30 minutes prior only because I called.

It was saturated by locals and they give a lot of priority to them, the rooms with bad air conditioning knowing that it is a place with high temperatures always

My friends and I went this past weekend and it was an enjoyable time. The buffet is self serve and it gets pretty busy. Bars are open, except for the swim up bar. Also, to get covid tested be sure to get there early because the line starts getting big. When I was there, their hours were from 8:30am-11:30am. If you take the shuttle, be sure to confirm with the company about pickup. Overall had a great time.

Great hotel for a family getaway, very safe and clean, food gets old after couple days, everything else was great, Rosalinda on the front desk is the best!!!

The hotel it self was amazing, but for someone wheelchair bound public bathroom doors and space itself was tight and few were inaccessible.

The staff was AMAZING!!!! My whole vacation was a great experience!!!! I will be back!!!!

Hotel is beautiful my husband and I took the ocean view room and it was a complete scenery, you can hear the ocean and the beautiful music of the saxophone. Service was outstanding Especially Alex he made sure our stay was the very best he was always availavle, courteous, respectful, he goes above and beyond and exceeded every expectation we had. They have 5 Restaurants all are great but look for Yarnelis she is a waitress she out of this would makes you feel like royalty. Dont miss the the chance to visit the Spa Caribe Carmen and Maria will make you feel awesome, jacuzzi, sauna, drinks and massage. Defeinitely coming back now with my family.

The hotel and property it self was great. The beach is amazing!!!! But the negative to this property is its drinks and food. I am not picky and never complain about food but this quality and the options where not good. Not sure if it was due to covid and the cutting of quality to save money. The drinks are not good liquor, seemed to be rail quality. But it was a cheaper cost and you get what you pay for....
