This is a great resort!!! The staff was great (friendly, helpful, responsive) especially the activity staff - they were very fun!!! The grounds and pools are kept very clean and tidy. The rooms were great too and were what we expected. The only side note is that the air conditioning in our room didn't seem to be working quite right the whole despite the maintenance staff working on it once and the bathrooms seemed a little tired and in need of a remodel. However all in all we had a great time and we expect to be back!!!

It was a good experience, not the best but good! The food from the buffet was not the best but the restaurants were really good. The rooms were OK and the pool was clean but they need more activities at night

We had a great experience as a family. Everything was great! The staff were very pleasant and kind to me and my family. Would definitely recommend this hotel.

we were at this resort for a week. first two days were fine from room service point. At third day the room service stop servicing us for the room. NO TOWELS, NOT CLEANING THE ROOM, NOT RE-FILLING THE MINI BAR, NOT CLEANING THE BATH ROOMS, TOTALLY TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE. MOST OF THE RESORT PEOPLE ARE TOO LAZY TO DO ANY WORK. Resort has several different restaurants which you need to reserve prior which THEY ONLY ALLOW YOU TO RESERVE THREE RESTAURANTS ONLY. YOU CAN NOT RESERVE IN ALL FIVE OR SIX RESTAURANTS. EVEN YOU ARE PAYING A LOT OF MONEY TO STAY IN RESORT THERE ARE THIS KIND OF LIMITATION. MOST OF THE ROOMS AIR CONDITIONING IS NOT WORKING. I HAD TO CALL TWO TIMES TO GET THE AIR CONDITIONING FIXED. I HAD TO COMPLAIN TO MAIN MANAGER TO GET MY ROOM SERVICE. I AM ON VACATION I AM NOT THERE TO WORRY ABOUT ALL THIS NON-SENSE. MOST OF THE RESTAURANTS SERVERS AND MANAGERS ARE SO LAZY THAT THEY EVEN FORGET TO BRING THE DESSERT WHICH WE HAD TO REMIND THEM TO BRING THE DESSERT. BUFFET IN MAIN HALL LOOKS LIKE TWO START CAFETERIA. IT HAS VERY MINIMUM OPTION FOR VEGETERIAN FOOD AND WHEN YOU ASK THEM TO MAKE SOMETHING FOR VEGETERIAN AS SIMPLE AS FRENCH FRIES OR VEG RICE THEY MANAGER AND SERVER SIMPLE SAY "NO" AND REPLY IT'S NOT ON TODAY'S MENU. TERRIBLE SERVICE. I WISH I DID NOT STAY IN THIS RESORT. I WISH I COULD GET MY MONEY BACK.

No complaints from me. I didn’t know what to expect when I booked it. Reviews were up and down so I was worried. I’d have to say most people are knit picking. We arrived and they immediately took our bags and sent us to the front desk. We checked in and the woman explained everything. WiFi was $7.50 per day, but I just used my phone all week so I didn’t need it. She immediately told us to book our dinner reservations for the night. We declined and just wanted to hit the pool and get food. We were brought to our room and pleasantly surprised that the AC was pumping. Once you acclimate to the temperature in the room it wasn’t freezing, but it was enough. The room was nice, you could see light coming through the door, but thankfully it was intact. Shower had hot water and enough pressure he whole week. Our bartender for the week was Dorotello. He was great. The daily drinks were good and the Mojitos were great. The pool was nice and we didn’t have an issue finding a chair to put towels on. Bring sunblock. It was $30 at the Mini Market. 24 hour snack shack, food was decent every time. The fried chicken was good. The pizza upstairs was awesome. Pizza for lunch every day...I’ll take it. Breakfast buffet was good. Coffee from lobby bar: great Dinner buffet was ok. Restaurants: Dominican: great, Italian: not good, French: good. Wine: terrible. Stick to Presidente/Mixed Drinks

The Hotel in the outside was Gorgeous, 2 big pool one pool special for the kids with slides. Th rooms were very old and outdated, the bathrooms were outdated, this rooms need major updates. small old mini cooler that barely kept the drinks cold, you only get 1 20 oz of Coca Cola and 1 20oz of sprite one carton of juice like 10-15 oz of juice and 2 cans of beer, that's it. They need major improvement in the food service and food in general. The food in the buffet was very basic not a lot of stuff and the same things over and over again. Talking about fruits.... you only had 3 options watermelon, cantaloupe, and pineapple that's it. Their salad bar was just ok. There is no free internet you got to pay big money for it. Would I go back to this resort again? probably not. I would explore different resorts rather to see.

Nice hotel right next to the beach. Multiple indoor and outdoor bars and restaurants with various cultural food. Beautiful and clean swimming pools large enough to fit all guests. Numerous indoor/outdoor activities and events throughout the day. Friendly staff.

The people who clean the room they have no idea. For sure I don't recommended. Don't try it because after that too late.

Horrible food, unfriendly staff, everything closes early “pool & beach close at 7:00pm”. If you need anything simple like a regular size sunblock you will be paying $32 US dollars for it. I would use the term “All inclusive” very losely with this hotel. We stayed 6 nights but only were able to eat at the restaurants twice because thats what was part ot the package. And it was always FULL. So its impossible to get in on your schedule. So we missed one reservation.

Very dirty some rooms smells like waste. Changed to multiple rooms. Small pool area, food area unsanitary!

Rooms are old and carried a sewage smell. Tub was dirty and when we asked for the cleaning lady to clean she said everything was fine. Toilets have to be flushed repeatedly before it goes down. When we first arrived, the beds were undone as if someone just rolled out of them. Had to request a cleaning lady. Beds had an awkward dent in the middle of them. Missing amenities that were replaced only after 5 requests, 2 days after we arrived. Drinks and food are nasty. Many staff we encountered were rude. I must say that we’ve come Across approximately 5 staff members who were exceptional. Overall, I would not come back and I also would not recommend darker skinned people to this resort unless they are traveling with native Dominican people.

Beautiful hotel close to the beach excellent pool and staff

I wouldn’t stay here at all.I feel like the resort only made for the locals. Nothing much to do. No clubs or activities to do. I checked into a room, bathroom was dirty. The shower/ bathroom had red stains and asked for two extra towels. The lady told me no. We ate at the buffet because the restaurant was apparenlty “booked” already at 9am. The food was somewhat cold. But their coffee is amazing.Some staff will whistle at you can be tend annoying .View is beautiful though!!

The hotel grounds are absolutely beautiful. The staff was very friendly ( besides the one in the game room, who liked to sleep on the bar and refuse to serve drinks to people). However, we are looking forward to another trip in the near future! The only downfall here was everything closed down by 7 pm (pools, beach, ect) and once you paid for the wifi( which I didn’t mind) only one person at a time could be logged on to it. Besides that we had an amazing time and Moises Rivera was by far the most friendliest and best staff/bar tender on the whole resort!

This is a great resort!!! The staff was great (friendly, helpful, responsive) especially the activity staff - they were very fun!!! The grounds and pools are kept very clean and tidy. The rooms were great too and were what we expected. the outside of the hotel was gorgeous
