The rooms were not clean the pull out couch my daughter slept on was broken and they didnt fix it . The maid service was hit or miss . Food was left on the stairway for days that people left . Check in was an absolute joke . Food was horrible. No beach service .

The pool and beach were fascinating ,the restaurants and bar very nice ,just the room were normal rooms ,but it was a incredible weekend !!

I would expect internet to be inclued in "All Inclusive" guess not...

Would be nice to have more garbages on beach and eating areas

It was good for the most part. I would have liked to have had more traditional Dominican food. The staff was great. I really think they need to consider having free wi-fi in common area.

Good territory, proper rooms and other facilities, nice beach. Food was terrible: no juices, green tomatoes and fruits, everything that was fried or baked was overcooked. Staff in the main restaurant was quite helpless, it was impossible to find a cleaned and served table, so we usually took an uncleaned one and then looked for somebody to clean and serve it for us. The same about coffee in the morning and beer for lunch or dinner, we had to look for somebody to get it or went to the nearest bar. If they don't have enough personnel, why don't they just buy a coffeemaker and let people get themselves their coffee?

Everything was OK exsept the transportation I paid fore Shuttle (Blue Travel ) bt Nobody cam to pic me up end I paid $40 for tax

Good: The check in was quick and they only requested my passport. Bad: I did not like that the staff took a copy of my passport and since they did not like the first copy I threw it in the trash without destroying the paper to protect my information. Good: The room has a fridge full of drinks that include water, beer, juice and sodas completely free. It also has personal hygiene effects such as: toothbrush, hair cap, toothpaste, among others. Bad: When I got to the room, the bathroom was dirty and smelled bad. The floor was full of sand and the bedding was dirty too. The lock on the main door was broken and the one on the balcony too. Good: The facilities such as the pool, restaurants, beach, etc. They are clean. The majority of the staff is helpful. Bad: Some of the employees, especially those cleaning the green area on several occasions, asked us for food and alcoholic beverages. I could not enjoy the pool without them coming to ask for something. Good: At the hotel there is a young man who helps you with any reservation you have made through Orbitz. This young man is very kind and speaks different languages, he makes sure that you feel safe in whatever activity you wish to do. If you are one of those who thinks you will go to this hotel to eat seafood, you are completely wrong! I was from Tuesday to Sunday and the only thing they offer is fried fish strips. In the pool area there is a restaurant that offers "seafood" but you will never find any of that.

Very nice resort close to the beach and lot of fun stuffs.

I had a pretty good experience with the resorts the bar staff near the buffet at night/evening where the best dinner on the beach was amazing the only thing that I didn't like was the lack of towels that we where giving on a daily basis and the shower in the room kept get back up with the water while showering so showers had to be semi quick AND ALSO HATED THAT WE HAD TO PAY FOR INTERNET ACCESS

This resort is nice on the outside but the rooms are not that clean. Specially the bathroom. The bed sheets had tare. There’s a lot of dust in the room. If your just looking for basic all inclusive and you don’t care about the cleanliness then it’s fine. The food was very poor. Often just ate the fruits. They really need to update quality of food. I wish they can do better. The pool is beautiful and beach is nice. The resort is beautiful has potential. There were dusty and dirty around the restaurant by the pool. I would not stay here again. They should really follow up with the comments and make changes.

I chose this hotel for the fact that is so close to beach. hotel is build in 2000 and remodeled in 2007 acording to Google. Pools were big and clean (have a wet bar at the bigger one). Plenthy of food and you always can find somthing to eat. We tryed differend restorants (make reservations at the gues service) and realy enjoyed the daily show programs at the teather. Tho it took me tree days to find them. (maybe better adwertising arround hotel will be better (bigger bildboard or even live feed from the show on TV at the bars areas). Over all pleasent vacantion for me and my family. On a down side was the fact that you can't go anywere on foot from the complex you need a taxi to get to mall or realy anywere really. Rent-a-cars are cheap but we were more relax oriented so we stayed mostly at the resort.

Beautiful grounds, breathtaking views, super friendly staff. Restaurants very good. Lots to choose from at the Buffett. Room was upgraded at no cost just for asking, but did tip him a few bucks afterwards. Very kid friendly. Would stay there again

Great experience from check in to check out it was a awesome experience that went above and beyond expectations ! Very nice staff, amazing food and entertainment , spacious and neatly clean rooms !

The staff was great and the guys who work at beach and pool for Interactive games were amazing . They were so much fun , they made the safe so much fun .The place was great , we loved the beach

Beautiful beach. Pools clean and maintained. Everything was great. But the room had some issues. No wash clothes ever even though we ask. TV quit working. They repaired it. Dressers need replaced broken drawers. Food was awesome even my picky teens found enough to eat. French restaurant highly recommended. Overall clean, friendly helpful staff. We were there for Christmas great time.

The staff was amazing the food was plentyfull just needed biscuits and gravy lol.

Everything we wanted in a resort, plenty of restaurants , pools are great , close to beach , very clean

Resort is situated on a beautiful stretch of beach and all building are close to beach. Rooms could use a little updating but the resort is clean, beds are comfortable (I was especially pleased with pillows) and food was decent... Japanese restaurant was a pleasant surprise. We had some difficulty with room at check-in but after sometime trying to resolve things, Reina Ricon at front desk came to our rescue and fixed things by giving us a different (and better) room.
