host at Mexican restaurant Chillis, his name was Willy, was extremely unprofessional and rude. we had to leave after waiting over 1.5hrs and eat at the buffet. there were a bunch of guest really loud between the hours of 1 to 3am screaming in hallways for few nights. told them to keep it down but it got worse. called front desk but nothing happened. doors to rooms are a joke as far as noise cancelling.

The property interior needs to be updated the food Selection was not good at all they also need to give a map for getting around the property

This place needs a lot of improvement. Power outlet dont work! In the room or lobby. Had a hard time finding a working power outlet. There was a leak in my bathroom. It took them a whole day to get it fixed. Next day my toilet got clogged. There was an outage. Sinks, pillows, tv and other items needs an update asap! Food was not bad but ok. Personally I came to eat Real Passion Fruit...there was none. Staff was somehow nice. I wished I would've read the reviews on Google....it seems like everyone has the same opinion.

Everything is Excellent!

This was our first time in Dominican Republic. The Riu was perfect for our family of four. We had the best time.

Loved the coffee machines everywhere. All staff very friendly. The best beaches.

Everything was absolutely awesome.

Every single employee had an attitude. And I speak Spanish so language wasn’t a barrier. Food was below average. Even the steak house was below average at its best. One day I went three times to get a towel and was unable to get one once. They kept saying they were all out. Huh at a resort no pool towels for 4 hours. No entertainment for kids at alllll. Mini fridge was never restocked in the room.

I booked the family room because it had more square footage. They said this was the lowest of their five levels of rooms. The phone did not work in the room and light fixtures in the room looked like they were trying to escape the wall. The property is nice overall and staff is nice overall. The beach area is very big and had plenty of seating already set up for use. The food was below average compared to other all inclusives I've been to, but I only visited the main buffet.

This place was in good condition and offered a variety of food and entertainment onsite.

Amazing place to visit.

Fast service. Responsive staff. The resort needs refreshment. You can tell its been a few years sins the last one. The show program coold be better.

Staff was a hit or miss. They were either nice or rude (simply didn’t want to be there attitude). Property needs updating since it looks a bit older. Probably won’t be returning.

Lack of maintenance is more than evident. Stained/rusty sofa bed and its mattress. Dirty and unpainted walls, ants as your roommates, stinky and extremely old towels, TV didn’t work, phone not working either. Swimming pools with many tiles missing or coming off. Could even notice and feel mould in the swimming pools’ bar tables. Definitely an unpleasant experience and will not come back.
