Great place to sleep, bathroom was small. If I just need a place to sleep this was great

We spent 1 quick night there. Our room was clean and nice. The beds were very comfortable and the staff was friendly and welcoming. The only issue we had was that the breakfast room was small and so crowded, it was hard to get what we needed and we just took it back to our room. They were also out of yogurt. I would stay here again.

I definitely wasn't expecting this hotel to be this good! The hotel was clean and the staff was very accommodating. The only downfall to this room is the bathroom. It is very small and hard to get in and out. Other than that it was a good stay and definitely a bang for your buck!

Great location to sports games and restaurants. Property was decent for price.

Great location, near max and downtown. Super friendly helpful staff. Would certainly stay again.

The room was clean, the staff was great...but this is not exactly what I remembered or what I expected. We stayed in this hotel in 2006 and it seemed reasonably nice. This time, we thought we had upgraded' to a 2 Queen Suite...but it was basically a room with two queen beds...and a bench. The bathroom is so small you have to walk around the toilet and kind of straddle the toilet to close the door. Each queen bed had just 2 pillows..not nearly enough as they were pretty flat. The real downer tho was the breakfast...a few cups of instant oatmeal, some carb offerings ...but not a piece of fruit or a yogurt or a boiled egg in site. We paid 175.00 for this room with Tax..and it seemed like a lot for the amenities and the size. I would recommend it to someone who really wanted to stay in this area (and we did as we had an even less than a mile away) but I would definitely tell them to look for other places that might be just as basic for a better price.

This hotel has a very late check-in time, 4pm. The gentleman at the front desk was friendly and gave me an early check-in, which was nice since I was on foot with my luggage having just flown in. There is food within walking distance, and it is walking distance to the Convention Center and Rose Quarter, though not the closest hotel option. For being a two-star hotel, I was pleasantly surprised when the gentleman at the front desk remembered my name the next day. I had a good stay at this hotel.

This has been my worst experience. I had an issue with the heater and told from desk, which was according to her fixed. The heater in my room kept going out , in which I had to call down again. By the end of the night I gave up and ended up sleeping with two layers of clothes. Also, my foundation that I left in the bathroom while I was out during the day was gone when I returned one night. I informed the front desk and they mentioned they would ask the cleaning staff if it was misplaced. I never heard from them and I searched but my foundation was gone!

This is a sweet and nice little hotel. And the location is really good, close to the public transportation: Buses, Maxx and Street cart. They even have a really nice 24hrs opened Sauna room.

Cool little sauna and big rooms. What more do you want?

Horrid. No hot water or breakfast in the am. Not even any coffee. Dried blood on the carpet. We checked out a day early. We were promised 1/2 off the hotel the first night and a refund for the second night considering the situation. It's been 2 weeks, no refund. The staff was ok, very frazzled with all the frustrated customers without shower. So the continental breakfast was no breakfast.

Great location, clean, comfortable. Cold breakfast uninspiring, shower pressure wimpy. Hot water WAY too hot!

This is a good budget stay. Nothing fancy but good location close to public transit, easy to visit pretty much anything you want to see in porand, free parking and a clean room. Hotel is a tad dated but if you can get past that this place has good value.

Friendly staff and great location. Moda Center was a easy five minute walk. Our room was located next to the Breakfast Room so it was a little noisy and the breakfast was more of a continental breakfast but otherwise we had an enjoyable stay! Also the price was great compared to other hotels in the area. We would stay again.

Clean room, albeit a little stale smoke smelling. Friendly staff that is helpful. Breakfast was adequate but nothing fresh.

We visited Portland to explore the brewery scene. We wanted a hotel that was convenient in location. We were happy with this location, many different transit options to get around the city. We'll definately stay here again!

The staff was friendly. The room was clean and comfortable, smelled a little of stale smoke. The breakfast was light and adequate.

Its just okay, nothing special. Musty smell. Needs updating.

Okay.. Nothing special. Lots if street traffic and noise. Close to store and convention center.

The staff from the front desk to the folks cleaning our room not only did a great job but were friendly and always helpful. Amazing value. Shilo does a great job.
