The heating system is high on the wall and out of my reach. The outlet for it is not solidly in the wall, but loose. The desk clerk had to come in and set it for me and he provided a floor heater in case it didn't heat adequately.

Room was very comfortable, front desk person was not friendly.

Meh. Room was too cold. We both are hot sleepers. It was a fridge, so finally decided to ask for a new room. Then that second room was too cold and we had to ask for blankets., since the one they provide was too thin. The rest of the hotel was freezing. The restaurant was staffed by one bartender and the food was awful. They need to close half the facility, focus on upgrading what they keep open, and staff the restaurant so customers can have a positive experience. No need to return. Moldy smell throughout.

Hole in bathroom floor. Noisy neighbours - paper thin walls. We were on the ground floor. Windows didn't lock. Someone ripped out the screen while we were in the room! Restaurant was open but there was no staff in sight. Faucet in bathroom sink did not work. Broken wall socket - couldn't plug in the lamp.

Hotel is close to airport and interstate highway good for my travel requirements.

Kinda chilly first night changed room for second night. TV broken off stand. Required a pry bar to open faucet in bathroom then no hot or worm water in either room.

This hotel has lousy furniture, All of it was low class tacky, for example the closet was handmade out of plywood, very low grade throughout, noisy heater, the hallways and lobby needed vacuuming, dime store bedding, hallways smelled like wet marijuana. There was so much wrong it was pointless to complain, even their morning coffee was cold. Yuck I will not stay here again

While traveling for work I seek out comfortable hotels with quiet rooms close to my next contacts. This hotel while not too of the line fills that bill. Inexpensive quiet and near contacts.

We have stayed here several times and will again. We like it because it is convenient, rooms are nice, the restaurant has good food and a shuttle service to the airport. We would recommend this to friends.

The guy from the front desk was horrible! His Customer Service is ZEEEEROOOOOO!

Needs to be updated, worn hotel and old. Website pics are maybe 10 years ago, they can't be current. You get what you pay for at this hotel. I would suggest spending more for a better updated place. Nice people working there tho. Had an early flight in the morning and picked this spot to be close, find a place where airline employees stay.

very comfortable, great location close to the airport. the guy who drives to shuttle to the airport was very nice and patience with the people.

Friendly check-in, older building with retro decor, but kept very clean. Live plants in the hallways were healthy and well-watered, so somebody is paying attention and taking care of this place. Breakfast was much better than expected. Pool was closed due to recent ash fall from forest fires.

Cracked sink in bathroom No outlets near bed to charge phone Adequate facilities for an airport hotel

No paper, no food, no movies, no HBO, not very kid friendly, tv only at bar area and kids not allowed in the room with the bar even If The bar is closed

No elevator. Poorly lit parking lot. Designated smoking rooms meant hallways had a stench. This property is tired.

Need to update hotel. Its looking run down. The beds were comfortable. Location is very close to airport.

The 2nd floor of rooms had a horrible smell in the main hallway. When it didn't smell of pot it smelled of mold. The rooms were comfy but the hotel in general needs updating.

No one answering phones, no voice mail to leave messages. Long wait at front desk. Eatery was shabby

Room smells of mist and mold...the AC did not work, just the fan was running. The place is run down and decrepit. The hotel occupants were not of good character. For a few dollars more, stay at a better place.
