The hotel is a bit away from any kind of night life, but a $20 Uber ride will fix that. Yeah, restaurant and room service hours could be extended, but nothing unreasonable. The only thing I really didn't care for was that staying for 4 nights, the housekeeping could have been better. I was in town for my birthday and through a number of issues found myself quite displeased, the staff of this hotel saved my birthday! Ashley, the front desk supervisor personally delivered goodies to our room and bout me a drink on my birthday! Angelo, the Operations Manager, was also a standout in customer service, always there with a smile and ever wondering how to make anything more pleasant, as was Vince. Monique, the Bartender at the Cabana, was positively hysterical and was more than gracious in accommodating my friend and I. Sadly, at checkout, when asked what room I was departing, I was met with "Oh, hi..." Obviously the inflection was not something can convey here, but is was if to say "we know about you." While it doesn't bother me here or there, it did put me off that this was two women I had not met in 5 days, but I know for certain one to be Susanna the Manager (?), and one was a trainee. If they had never met me, why the disdain upon doing so. I did not feel this interaction was on par with the Hilton brand. As an HHonors member, I do expect great customer service because it what I have come to get every time in the past. All in all, a good trip, and hey!!! Try the new breakfast!

Fruits, cookies, coffee and water are always available at the lobby for free. Lobby area are very clean. Receptionist and other staffs are very friendly and accommodating. Hotel are close to many shopping areas, golf courses and restaurants. Plenty of parking spaces.

Clean abs great location. Hot tub area at night was too dark. They had lights available on trees ect but did not turn them on.

The hotel did not have complete information on our reservation through Orbitz. Changes for a room upgrade and eventually an early departure were difficult to accomplish and time consuming. There is a need for Orbitz and this hotel to work this out.

Check was fast, room was large and clean beds were comfortable and sheets and throws were super clean and was equipped with microwave, refrigerator, coffee and coffee maker, hair blower and internet and wi-fi wry very satisfying

My friend and I felt the place could be cooler down the hallways and elevator. We felt the facilities were a bit outdated.

I've stayed here when I was needed the perfect , quiet place for a good relaxation. The staff is very nice and helpful; the hotel itself very clean and tidy; location is so closely to all the the need places. Every morning I was going for a breakfast to the Cheesecake Factory where surely I could've had delusions food; the cinema is about 8 minutes on foot, so if you are planning not to miss your movie which is cling out- ideal place; some shops, restaurants , spa saloons. And 2 things I highly recommend are: the Japanese restaurant which is on 1 minute walk from the and right next to the restaurant the best massage place! Enjoy your stay. Ravida.

Friendly staff, clean room. Breakfast (purchased) was really good too.

Outside our window, room 225, was cluster of seven AC condensers. These all ran on and off all night. Lost a lot of sleep unti I used ear buds.

Hotel was close to many restaurants which was very convenient.

Met all expectations will stay again. Close to the river for many dining options. In the heart of Rancho mirage area.

The room is huge and very close to fast food areas. Clean and has an easy access

we come this weekend every year for the Rancho mirage Art Show and it is the perfect location where we have just a short walk to the event. The hotel is always very comfortable. Great morning coffee in the room. Clean!

Huge clean room, high thread-count sheets, in-room k-cup coffee, free wifi, and right next to shops and restaurants. What more could you ask for?

Nice, clean, and a fun pool. Easy to check in. Friendly.

nice hotel, excellent staff
