Was conveniently located but wish it had a jacuzzi. Trying to upgrade the place. Staff was nice.

We went out and got in about midnight. Then we had to park in the street behind the hotel.

The elevator and the hallway smell so bad because of smokers every time you stepped out of the room or had to go back to the room you had to put up with that Nasty smell from smoke where people smoke. The motel might not think so but that smoker smell needs to be Cleaned up. The pillows were so hard you could hardly use them to sleep with. There needs to be a combination of soft and hard pillows so every visitor we'll enjoy sleeping at night. BE BLESS.

No tissue paper & towels in restrooms no pots pans silverware plates Dog running in hallway

Where to begin..... terrible customer service by staff, trash bins outside entrance was overrlowing with trash, no remote control, no towels, doors and gates damaged and didnt open with keys, 2 vending machines out of service, wifi was not working, and i could go on. As i was opening my rooms door for the first time along with staff member, the acrooss room guest had their door wide open and their pet dog ran across to bark or attack us. Staff member didnt get upset or say anything about that. I didnt want to check in to a hotel to have someones pet run out of their room into mine to try to attack me.

Non-functional Wi-Fi, ac barely worked, breakfast a complete joke. Staff useless, couldn't even set up a cab the day before for early airport trip

I stayed here for two nights, while my house was having some work done on it. I knew, at this price point, what I would be getting. From the outside it seems lovely. The grounds are well kept and the building is inviting. BUT...on the inside it is shabby and worn and in need of updating. Was is it worth $83 a night? Yes

The dog next door barked all night, the "breakfast" was coffee and granola bars, bathrooms/kitchen were out dated, hallways smelled bad

Hotel is filthy, staff unpleasant and room dumpy. Asked for ice and was told ice tray only and they will freeze quick..no ice trays though..

True, still hotel is super close to Palms Springs airport and is good for an emergency stay for a dlayed flight or something but it is far from luxurious. The hotel is run down, dilapidated and in dire need of a renovation. Our room specifically had a leaky shower head that newely flooded the floors while showing ans poor excuse of a kitchen that with an island that was literally falling apart. Lastly, the free breakfast is a joke. It's a miniscule spread of store-bought muffins (wrapped in plastic), instant oatmeal and coffee. So yea, come here only if you have to. It's overpriced and underwhelming.

You get what you pay for. It was fine for the few day I stayed there, but the whole facility smelled like cigarette smoke. The breakfast is some dry oatmeal packets, Nature Valley Granola bars, and packaged muffins from a conveinence store. The room did not have a hair dryer which would have been nice. The silverware was missing from my room. The front desk was very prompt in bringing it up, but it looked like silverware some one picked up from several different garage sales and didn't appear very clean.

I went to Palm Springs for a convention and after I was done I was very happy that the hotel was close to the convention (less than a mile) After a very easy check in I went to my room and fell into bed and slept for over 11 hours. Thanks

First time ever staying at one of these types of hotels and expected much more in terms of a hotel which is supposed to be for extended stays. This place felt like an old hotel with a slight upgrade. The "continental" breakfast was a bowl with apples and granola bars.

Pros: location, fridge, microwave Cons: shower curtain smelled, sketchy clientele (cops called for an incident in one of the rooms)

It's your basic, average hotel. Clean and the staff was great. Location is good with walkability to everything. Would stay again.

Good, nice place. The only thing missing was a hot breakfast.

Nice hotel. Clean and friendly staff. Close to downtown Palm Springs area.

Needed and extra night close to the airport. 15 min walk to downtown, 5 minute taxi ride to the airport. Flawless!

Everything was OK. Checkin slow but expected since Memorial Day Weekend. Close to downtown Palm Springs-walking distance. Plan wrap amenities but adequate for our purpose. We olwn a condo in Palm Springs but other relatives stayed there thus Extended Stay. Will like;y stay there next year as well.

Arrived on 4/25 for a 3 night stay. Parking was clean and plenty of spaces. Some of the sprinklers were not working correctly because the pathway toward the front entrance was all water. The lobby was standard and clean. Front desk is right across from the elevator. We arrived at around 10PM, so there were no other guests. The front desk agent was friendly and the process went smooth. He explained to us about the free wifi code and comp. breakfast, which gets set up at 6AM daily on a console table across from the front desk. We did not have a chance to try it though. The room was spacious and lighting was good. The first thing you see in the room was the kitchen and bathroom (on each side). The kitchen is stocked with 2 sets of serving wares, chopping board, saucepan, stir fry pan, 2 dish cloths and dish soap. It would be better if there were 2 packs of dish soap and a better pad to clean the pots. Also some reason, there's water leaking from somewhere inside the fridge. There's a square dining table next to the kitchen counter. The room has a flat screen tv with fair # of channels. The closet area was a drape with wired racks and plastic hangers, which looked a bit cheap, but this is probably standard for Extended Stays. I am fine with it. No luggage rack, which is also okay for me. The drawers for the tv chest has dust / some sort of dirt inside. There was hair in the bathtub, which needs more attention for when it is being cleaned. This hotel is just 3-5 minutes of driving distance from rite-aid and fresh and easy, which is super convenient. Make sure you bring shower gel and shampoo (and conditioner if you use it).

We are taking appropriate steps to ensure future guests do not encounter the same issues. Please know kitchenware for your suite is also available and kept at the front desk to ensure cleanliness.
