clean and quiet

Close to all so very convenient. Everything was clean and tidy. The only complaint was that we could not get the shower to get hot enough.

Comfortable beds. Nice pool area. Would stay again.

Definite value for the money. Great location for access to things like Koffi, Ace, and hiking trailhead. Dings only for: posted that the pool/spa area is open from 7 am - 11 pm but they actually didn't unlock it until 7:30-ish. (I was waiting at 7 for the spa). Also night table had cigarette burns (in a non-smoking room). Other than those minor things, it was great.

Off the downtown area, quiet. In a residential area

The room was quite large; clean and quiet. It’s not a 4 or 5 star property but for the cost and what you get this hotel is a great value.

The lobby has been refurbished and is very nice. However, I feel for the staff because the lowered light fixture above t on a corne he desk must be very hot. My room, 137, was right at the back on a corner of the ground floor. It is is a pet friendly hotel, and everyone seemed to bring their dog for it’s goodnight bathroom calll right outsie my door - especially lifting a leg on the garbage container! My room had been recently refurbished in minimalistic modern style which I like, especially the plank floor which is much better than carpet. However the bathroom, although clean, needs more work and the AC vent was uncovered. I would stay there again but wuld request a room in a different location.

Room was very old needs to be up dated

Pros: Great location close to downtown, great price, Keurig coffee maker, fridge plus microwave, newly remodeled rooms, nice pool. Cons: No continental breakfast as advertised, no housekeeping unless specifically requested, had to get ice from office, no recycle, old fixtures, small room, no privacy to wash up and dress - a curtain between sink area and bed area would be sufficient. Also, hotel was barely occupied when we checked in yet when another party came, they put them right above us!! Why?? Finally, there were a few sketchy characters on the property who made me feel slightly unsafe. All in all, I most likely would not stay here again.

I liked the rooms. Clean with some of the original vibe. Did not see an elevator? A smaller 3 story hotel at the end of the East side. Close enough and a short drive to the strip. Only stayed one night as passing through.

Overall good value. Room was clean but dated. The television did not work.

We were harassed and threatened by a live in drug dealer directly above our room. Never going back.

I like everything about the property. I wish that they still served breakfast like they did last time I was here.

I like the renovated rooms , no movie complains

While the rooms all don't look like the picture, seemed we got an older room (we wanted to be in the back with a view of the mountains) while our friends had the same size room with an updated style and they stayed near the middle. The staff and other guests where extremely friendly; when we had an issue with a light, it was promptly fixed the next morning. I'll definitely be back to stay here.

Awful customer service and guests next door was playing loud music at 2am with door open and several people were doing drugs and they knocked at our room door and woke us up. Ute as an awful experience. The hotel staff was informed and they didn’t take any action to avoid this inconvenience

It's good value for PS and the rooms have been refurbished and are clean. Most importantly they are dog-friendly! There's minimal service - they used to have breakfast but that's no more. Apparently this is due to Covid but no option of even a snack bag and coffee at reception like other hotels. Also there isn't any kettle or coffee maker in the room. You have to buy from outside which isn't easy in the evenings and you want a cup of tea or coffee.
