Clean lines, modern furniture, wood accents, and a free-flowing home with plenty of light perfectly describe this 3BD/2BA pool home tucked away in the Ranch Club Estates neighborhood. Whether you're in town for vacation, work, sleep, sunbathe, swim, or just lounge around the house . . . this home will tick all the boxes.

The main bedroom has direct access to the backyard area with its en-suite bathroom complete with a free-standing soaking tub. The remaining 2 bedrooms share the hallway bathroom and both contain some unique features of their own.

Step outside and you are met by a brand new heated pool. Hang out under the covered patio or the poolside chaise loungers. Completing the backyard pool area is a dining table w/ umbrella, a natural gas lava stone fire pit, and a few secluded seating areas. Natural desert landscaping adds to the authenticity of your Palm Springs vacation.

The home can be considered in the direct flight path, occasional airport noise may be heard. Palm Springs International Airport is centrally located, making some level of aircraft noise common throughout the city. Guests who are sensitive to sound should keep this in mind when booking.

POOL HEAT: Ensure a comfortable swim with optional pool heating, available upon request at booking or before your arrival. The pool is heated to 87º from 7 AM to 7 PM throughout your stay.
Rates vary by season:
-November–March: $75/night
-April, May, October: $50/night
-Not needed in other months

For stays under 7 nights, pool heat must be purchased for the entire stay—we cannot heat it for select days.
A 24-hour notice is required to ensure optimal warmth on your first night. Heating begins the day before your arrival at no extra charge.
This home does not have a hot tub.

Dog Fee Information (up to 2 dogs/stay)
Stays between 2-20 nights, there is a $89/dog/stay fee.
Stays of 21 nights or more, there is a $199/dog/stay fee.
We ask that you pick up after your pet if they relieve themselves in the yard. Signs of extensive pet damage, could result in additional fees. Any signs of pets on the property without our knowledge will incur an additional $500 fee. Sorry not feline friendly.

Additional Policies & Rules
-No outdoor music. Doors must be closed if playing music within the house.
-100% quiet hours outside from 10pm-10am
-No smoking inside home
-Renter must be 25+
-Guests will sign a Ryson "Terms and Conditions" form and City Ordinances require a copy of your ID to Ryson prior to the day of your arrival.
