The first room was not desirable. It was improved when they changed our room. The room was clean and adequately supplied. I was fortunate that while they were remodeling they were not painting! I am so sensitive that I have passed out from the smell and had to be hospitalized. Should have been notified before making a reservation!!

Room and bathroom were both clean, with room having a nice view of the Marina, and the staff were all friendly. I like the free parking and that breakfast (though so-so) was included. A few nit-picks: you can't turn off the lights in the balcony (we wanted to sleep with the sliding glass door open, but the light was too much), the bathroom sink drained very slowly, and I had to unplug the window air conditioner to turn it off (the controls seemed not to work). The breakfast was so-so: oatmeal was not fully cooked (it was oatmeal mixed with hot water), but the coffee was good and there are enough choices that you should be able to find something to fill you up (for me it was bagel with cream cheese and jam), and the staff kept the area clean and well supplied. Despite these nit-picks, I felt the location and value was good and would book again.

When my wife and I arrived the hotel was going through renovations. I had reserved a room with a King Bed and bathtub for my wife and I to enjoy. However, when we entered our room we had double beds and a shower which I was not happy about. I then brought it up to the front desk and he explained that the room I booked was not available due to construction and that the system gave me the next available. The room was clean and new, but the overall experience was not what I was hoping for.
