This property has all what you can think about: A formal living room, a family room, a dining room, a kitchenette, an amazing newly remodeled kitchen (granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, wine fridge...) 5 nicely sized bedrooms, a game room, a huge pool deck with covered lanai, full privacy as you are protected from the neighbors by some bushes. To sum it up: you will love it. This property is located in the well-kept subdivision of Legacy Parc. A safe and centrally located subdivision. Don't wait, book this home and make your dreams come true.**NOT included in our rental prices : Pool and spa heating **Only the guests who have been registered are allowed to stay in the property. *** Pool heaters are set to 86 prior to your arrival. The reached temperature will depend on the weather. Pool heaters run 12 hours during the day. No refund or compensation will be given if the pool heater does not work unless the guests paid for the heating of the pool and it is proven that there was a technical issue that created an inconvenience. The refund or compensation will never exceed the amount paid by the guest for the heating of the pool.

Just okay...

Overall, our group had a nice time. The place was clean as far as the towels, sheets, and overall appearance. However, there were definitely some not great things. First of all, there were ants in all the bathrooms which really grossed me out. 2nd, the pool was pretty dirty. I tried cleaning it with the pool supplies that were available but did not help much since bottom of the pool was dirty and looked like it hadn't been vacuumed in quite some time. 3rd- Based on the listing, it was unclear if heat was needed for the pool and hot tub separately. I emailed about this prior to the trip but did not get a response. Once we arrived and realized the hot tub had no heat, I reached out to the property manager several times via phone and email and received no response. So basically the hot tub was useless which our group was super disappointed about. The temp of the pool was comfortable enough for day time use without heat thank goodness. Paper products were extremely limited. Our group ended up being much smaller than anticipated (4 girls instead of 7 or 8 mixed group) and we still managed to use all of the extremely cheap tissue that was provided, and had to go buy more. If you're only going to provide 1 roll per bathroom, it should be decent quality to avoid people using a lot, also seems extremely stingy. Same with paper towel. 1 roll in the kitchen which was difficult as we were trying to clean as we went. Also there were NO cleaning products (wipes, spray etc) which made it difficult as well to keep the kitchen clean since we were cooking and eating. Luckily, we had a travel pack in the car. Overall, it was a fine stay but nothing extra special and don't know if I would stay here again for these reasons.

Wonderful vacation villa

My family and I truly enjoyed our time at this spacious and well-appointed vacation home. The pool and hot tub were great after a day at the parks. The customer service from the management company was excellent and the location was very convenient to shopping and all the major Orlando attractions. Would definitely recommend it for a larger group.

Very spacious and comfortable! Like home!

Great pool and hot tub. Hot tub needed a cover for the drain in the bottom. We kept stepping on sharp protrusions. Not too far from parks. Very close to groceries.
