Everything was great as usual. Always stay at the Hyatt when I am in Honolulu on business. Very convenient and walking distance to everything!

The staff was warm, welcoming, and well informed. The room had a beautiful view of Waikiki beach and was a remarkable way to chill on your balcony after a day being active, watching the sunset over the ocean. Located close to many activities for night and day. The gym was clean and open 24 hours. Room service was not really great, but everything else made up for it. Family friendly.

Love the location . The room has a great city and ocean view . Value parking service are very friendly and professional. They provide complementary beach chair and towels. Can get fresh salad and fruits at Farmers market downstair.

The hotel food leaves a lot to be desired, the location and access to the beach is great. There is a small sushi restaurant next to the abc which is awesome. All together a great place to stay just disappointed in the food.

It's a cool hotel. Nothing special but good location. Ordered 2 burgers for room service and they changed me $50. What a rip off

Great room. Ocean view was incredible. Room service was outstanding.

Reservation was messed up but the hotel fixed it. Hotel is right across the street from Waikiki Beach. Very nice area.

We loved everything about this hotel, except for pool. It was way too small for such a big hotel, so it was very crowded and the water was cloudy. We spent most of our time at the beach and had a great stay.

I always stay at the Hyatt when I am in Honolulu for business. Very convenient.

Overall I had a great experience with my stay at Hyatt. Rooms are clean, great location, and easy accessibility to food/entertainment. Waikiki beach is literally across the street!!! Proper!!

Great location across street from prime Waikiki beach spot. Shops and restaurants all around walkable. Hotel was renovated since my last stay about 5-6 years Ago. Modern bathrooms clean facilities decent gym. Pool is tiny only for wading for a few people staff are friendly.

Typical great Hyatt level of service, clean rooms, great bedding, best part of Waikiki beach is right across the street, like 40 feet from the lobby. The pool is not special in any way, but people still using it, Hilton pool 10 times better, but the Hyatt beach is 10 times better than the beach across from Hilton. The buffet breakfast is first class, be sure to get the room that has it included. Would definitely stay there again.

hotel is just across the street from Waikiki beach. We a family of four went back and forth between the beach and hotel room frequently during our one week stay. Lots of great restaurants and nice shopping places are nearby and Honolulu Zoo is just a short walk away. We had a terrific time!

I stayed in this hotel for 2 days. In general, it is good. Renovated room and very close to wakiki beach. Hotel selfparking is on the opposite of the street. If you meet heavy rain, you probably will have to wait or run real quick across the street. Lobby is on the second floor and elevator is a little bit slow at the peak time. Other than that, everything else is in good shape. I would recommend this hotel for tourist beacause it is close to the beach as well as shopping mall. Everything is almost in walking distance.

My room was very clean and spacious. I was surprise to see the bell man at the elevator each time I left my room or returned to the hotel, he would hold the door open until you reached the elevator. This hotel has alot of floors so it takes a while for the elevator to get to you if you miss it. I like that the hotel was right across the street from the beach access. I would reccommend this hotel to all my friends.

Literally across the street from the beach. Walking distance to a lot of things in Waikiki. Hotel staff was full service, very accommodating and helpful. The construction is the only unpleasantness about this hotel, but they are not intrusive with their activity.....meaning not too noticeable in terms of noise.

Loved this hotel. Even at this time of year there was a bustle of activity all around the area, people walking and shopping non-stop. We made Honolulu the last stop of a HI vacation and staying at Hyatt Regency was the perfect way to wrap it up. We started on north shore of Kauai, then the Big Island/Volcano Park for a few nights. We wanted to get a sample of the different lifestyles the islands had to offer, and this was the most excellent way to ease back into modern life before heading home. There's so much going on in and around this hotel that you may want to look elsewhere if island serenity is your goal. I will say the pool is way too small for a property this size, but you are literally 100 feet from the beach if that's your thing. A taxi ride to just about anywhere from here is min $50 USD so be prepared. Wish I had prepared differently as I would have went to Hanauma Bay multiple days. Must for snorkeling of all levels! Farmer's Market on Tuesdays on ground level and a Hula display on same day right on the beach. On the expensive side but you do get what you pay for here, including location, staff friendliness, great rooms. I am coming back. (usual size mini fridge, med/small safe, nice TV, solid Wi-Fi, multiple charging stations for mobile devices, in-house Japengo restaurant is $$$ but good/above good however with limited menu - ask front desk about pre-buying an amount to get a discount there)

Stayed at an oceanfront room. It was amazing. The view ws beautiful. The room was comfortable and spotless. Will definitely stay there again.

My wife Ernestine did not make the trip. This was my trip that culminated in the visiting of all of the 50 states. This review is being made by her husband Clark. I found the hotel comfortable and accommodation. I did not use the Wifi, since I don't use all the technology my wife does. As a matter of fact, I did not turn on the tv, not even once. The hotel staff, I found to be very friendly and professional as well as helpful This observation was made from registration to check out. My praises go out to Sonya the check in agent and the staff that answered the phone for wake up calls and locating services to assist me with my vision impairment. The number of shops and services located in the hotel, was very helpful with planning tours. Abraham, security employee, made me feel safe outside the hotel with his presence. He can block out the moon. The voting of the hotel is based on not utilizing all the services. I enjoyed my trip to the island because of the aforementioned reason. Maybe Ernestine will join me on the next occasion . However I did bring some of Hawaii back to her. Aloha

got a great deal on a last minute getaway to Honolulu and stayed at the Hyatt. They have an awesome farmers market on tuesday and thursday. Nice rooms. Great view of the beach. Only downsize is the expensive resort fee coupled with the valet parking charge.
