Total disappointment, the worse was the pool. Not only is it not like the pictures, the security was clueless and rude. Wouldn’t let us in even though we checked in but wouldn’t call the front desk to check. Then when we were finally let in I was told only half my family could go in at a time, then he changed his mind and said we could all go but once my husband started to play with the kids we were told we were breaking rules and kicked us out. when no one was running, jumping or yelling. You also can’t have a floaty or anything to swim with but your body. The hot tubs are cheaply bought from home depo and are grossly sticky. Our room smelled like piss and I asked to have batteries for the dvd remote since the tv only has about 5 channels it’ll allow you to watch and no one ever came and the front desk wouldn’t give me any. I asked 4 times and I got no help. The elevators have moving blankets hanging from ceiling down and it’s super creepy. Not only does it feel like it’s going to break but it takes 5min to even get to you. I’ll never stay here again, I really wish I could get a refund. Took my family on a vacation that we were super stoked about and the hotel was completely ghetto and the workers are very lazy and rude as heck.

The new room was more updated, but still fairly dirty, however never saw another cockroach, so was happy about that. Probably won’t stay there again.

Upon checking in we were told housekeeping comes every 3 days. We stayed for two weeks and had housekeeping two times total. At about day 8 we asked and were given a rude answer by the front desk. Then we were given clean sheets to make our own bed, given towels while no one came to get the old towels. Literlly had to call or visit the front desk for more toilet paper. On multiple occasions (since there was no regular housekeeping) we had to set our trash in the hallway so it could get picked up(hours later).The parking garage is a nightmare of a hassle. On two separate occasions it took us over 15 mins just to enter the garage and about 5-6 more mins to find a spot. The garage is also extremely narrow and fighting the general public for spots. Overall the staff had a real "dont care attitude". The coffee and breakfast sandwiches were above average so that was nice. I would most likely choose to stay elsewhere when when returning to Oahu.

Room was very dated popcorn ceiling drab drapes and spattered painted walls. Overall did not meet cleanliness or modern expectations also bed was hard and after 5 nights better to not ever visit again

The front area was the nicest part.

The rooms are spacious. Beautiful view. Nice kitchen. Very convenient location walkable to shops and the strip on Waikiki and the beach

Close to places

Full Kitchen, Good size. Property, Rooms, Furniture - OLD and Tattered. No Dining, Barely a sundries shop, No Bell or Valet. Parking Extremely limited.

This property needs the remodeling,poor condition.

Convenient location, clean, good services

Elevators took forever and beds were so old they made creaking sound. Humid in the hallways and smelled. Parking structure were designed so low and parking slot were compact. The staff were nice. But the property definitely needs a lot of TLC.

The stove was not in great shape, all the burners were tilted. Everything else was great. Very nice having the pool / beach towel service.

Good location and very good service very nice people

I liked that closeness to the ocean. I liked the lobby, very pretty. I did NOT think our room was very clean or kept modern. The couch was horrible and the 3rd night we were given a sofa sleepaway which wasn't a whole lot better. The bathroom could have used a facelift, the kitchen was older, walls needed painted.

The new room was more updated, but still fairly dirty, however never saw another cockroach, so was happy about that. Probably won’t stay there again.

Upon checking in we were told housekeeping comes every 3 days. We stayed for two weeks and had housekeeping two times total. At about day 8 we asked and were given a rude answer by the front desk.
