The hotel was not what me and significant other expected. She’s a pregnant woman and when we arrived to our room it smelled like cigarettes now we ordered the corner sweet and I wanted to give her the best experience possible. Our bathroom was dirty as well. The house cleaning lady came back up to try and help us and she said the same thing we said. They should not be charging 380$ for a nicer room if they don’t take care of it will never stay there again!

DO NOT BOOK IN YOTEL NY !!!!! It use to be to die for how ever with poor management and pour maintenance it become a trash hole nasty carpet Oder in the rooms shower faucets missing knobs marks and dirt on the walls and paint not clean at all .breakfast is very simple and worth half of what I have paid for it $37 the only good point about the place is the location but how good is the location if it is not clean

Not what I expected

I stayed here because I thought there were multiple areas I could work on my laptop in throughout the hotel. Only one was available and I was quickly chased out of it because I had a Dunkin coffee. There were fruit flies in the shower, the room was in all-around shabby condition, and the tv didn't work. Despite receiving a confirmation text for a late check out, an employee OPENED THE DOOR TO MY ROOM to tell me I had to leave, resulting in me getting accidentally locked out of my room and having to go down 18 stories via 2 elevators to have the front desk reactivate my key card. The hotel responded to my email documentation of my less than ideal stay a week later only to offer me a discount off of a future stay. When I requested they instead give me a smaller percentage back from my most recent stay, I was ghosted. So now everyone gets to hear about my negative experience.
