We were able to check in 3 hours early, staff was so helpful, prime location in midtown (we walked less than a mile to Bryant park then up to Rockefeller center and saw a show at MSG at night). Perfect room - felt spacious for NYC, with a gorgeous bay window with amazing natural light. Absolute bargain for the price!

Okay. Check-in counter did not have staff and was a delay. My gold status for booking included one wine bottle - receptionist said it would be sent to the room by the manager and it never was. Room itself was alright - a bit cozy. Overall, would not stay again for the price to luxury ratio.

Great Stay! Nice location. Housekeeping went above and beyond, and the staff was exceptionally friendly and welcoming. There was always someone at the door to greet us, wish us a great day, or welcome us back. The front desk team was courteous. We did have one issue with the bathroom, but the staff was quick to resolve, and everything was handled promptly and professionally. Overall, an outstanding experience—I highly recommend this hotel and will gladly stay here again when I’m back in New York!

We have stayed at this hotel several times now and it is the perfect location. Great restaurants that are walkable and open late. Very accessible to many subway lines. Rooms are clean, up to date, beds are comfortable and good size rooms. Only issue is if you get a room facing the street bring ear plugs it can get loud at night. But overall at 10/10 rating, I will stay here every time I visit New York.

Room was clean and service was excellent for day to day bed making, water bottles topped up. Location is perfect for NY as everything was accessible by walking or subway. Front of house staff very good and helpful.
