The room was clean though small and everything worked. The staff was friendly though at times a little overwhelmed by the number of people crowded around the front desk. The front of the building is set back from the street (8th Avenue) and I suspect that cut back on the street noise which was noticeable but within reason.

The rooms were exceptionally small making it challenging to move around or place our luggage anywhere that wouldn’t be in the way. We found the rooms somewhat unclean and dusty. In addition, in one of the rooms, we had to request a replacement comforter due to it looking like it had mold or something on it. Definitely would not stay here again. This is not the level of quality I expect from a Hilton.

The room is clean but everything is so small! The towels just won't dry in the bathroom. There are not enough elevators for the traffic they have. The breakfast is average continental, pastries are not fresh--nothing to be pleasantly surprised about. Hilton NY Times Square has a much better service and floor plan.
