Small room. Uncomfortable bed. AC either too cold or too hot — strangely non functional. Premier rooms — as we had booked — on website looked like they had a lot of light and park view. Ours was in the corner looking out on a building. High price point for not the best experience.

Our stay was lovely. Room was comfortable and liked the water filling station. My only complaint would be that I paid for a deluxe room on a “high floor” and we were on the seventh floor in a 15 floor building. Not sure why we paid a premium for that. Feel like I got a little swindled on that.

Super friendly and helpful staff. The location, whilst very central and convenient for everything, was calm and peaceful in the evening for New York. The onsite restaurant was superb. By far the best hotel we have stayed at in New York. Highly recommended!!
