We arrived at 2p and check in was 3p. Front desk young girl didnt even check and just said check in is 3p. No sorry, no checking. Poor customer services skills. Just overall rude. Other staff through out our stay were just as rude. We had a "Premier room, high floor" which was a joke when the hotel is smaller than all surrounding bldgs and we had a corner room (maybe that was the price reason) - more windows but no view - one window was of the brick wall of the nearby bldg. The room was super tiny, but clean. Pillows were almost flat - had to fold them for any normal height on them. The bed in our Premier room was a full! Not at least a queen or king. With tax we paid almost $500/night and I have had better rooms uptown - and we come to NYC 1-2 times a year. Never again at Park Terrace. I would recommend other uptown hotels for better room size/bed and views for this price.So disappointed by this hotel. I had read previous reviews on hotels.com for the reason to try Park Terrace and I feel as though we were set up, as this hotel did not give the expected/advised accommodation for this price point.

The staff was amazing our room was great. We had the corner room on the 9th floor. It was perfect. Loved being able to open sliding doors and full length windows cracked open for a perfect breeze.
