Best location in the city!! Clean and beautiful. Missing a restaurant but other than that it's perfect. A bit disappointed to pay a high service fee since I didn't use any of the services (gym etc) but I think that's standard.

Good comfortable beds. Clean rooms, fitness center. Convenient to subway, restaurants, times square.

We chose Park Central New York based on location, price and reviews. It's a nice hotel and the rooms are fine. But here's the problems: two very small elevators to serve seven floors meant lines and wait time to get to the room; TV remote found under the bed and broken; the lobby has only three single restrooms which means very long wait times.

We were very comfortable for the 3 nights we stayed. Staff is outstanding. Excellent customer service. Addresses concerns promptly. I will be back, most likely in September, with my mother.

Nice clean hotel with excellent location. Stuff are friendly.

Great location; close to everywhere. Way too expensive and there were cockroaches in our room. They gave us free breakfast to apologize for the cockroaches, but seriously, it was like coffee and a piece of fruit. Seriously will never stay here again.

Location is great but the lobby seating is insufficient and pretty unappealing. The leather seating had rips and holes, the fabric on other seats was grimy and old. Really unpleasant. Only 2 small elevators for the whole hotel which meant that taking the stairs was faster. Need a key to access lobby bathrooms. Lines can get long as some people change clothes in there.

Overall the park Central Hotel is centrally located safe and convenient. I would highly recommend it to anyone traveling to NYC/Manhattan.

My experience with this hotel was awesome. The staff, room, weight room all perfect.

Hotel lobby was super nice. However the time you check in you will be charged $31 + tax hotel fee every night. Only two to serve 8 floors on each side. For 4 night i used the elevator only twice because you will wait at least 20 minutes tell you get in. If you are lucky like me where i stayed in the 5th floor yoy can use the stairs. There is no vending machine anywhere or mini bar in the room. You cave to go to their market in the lobby to get water " make sure to make it there before 9pm or you need to get ready to go out of the hotel to get water. I have been to over 19 countries this one was the worst i have ever stayed at. By the way if you complain about anything they will offer you a complimentary drink "not solving the problems" forget it about it and find 3 stars motel will serve you better

Not worth the money they charge. The staff at the front desk were so rude! And had to get new room keys three times in two days (and I made sure to keep it away from cell phone and everything else!). Not even a coffee maker in the room.

I enjoyed my stay at the Park Central very much. It's a great location, it's clean, quiet and well connected. I will stay there again.

No suprises. Everything was as expected. Nicelobby and good bar.

Great hotel, nice rooms and great location. Enjoyed every day and really liked the corner room view of the city.

Good location, bare foot print on bathroom floor and a quarter on the floor by the toilet tells me bathroom was not cleaned fully. Paid full price plus premium for corner and didn't even get a bottle of water or have enough towels. View was nothing special. Housekeeping opened door at 7:50am but luckily we had bar lock on it. Stayed 4 days at Crowne Plaza down the street in August and it was much nicer and less expensive.

I stayed at this hotel several years ago and it was much cleaner. Now they have let the place ran down. The elevator floors are worn out and need refinishing. The Carpet in the hall way and the rooms need to be replaced. There were several stain marks on the floor of my room. There were plaque and other gunk build-up in the bathroom, especially in the sink. Truly this should be a 2.5 star hotel.

easy and fast check-in, helpful staff, nice lounge to rest and enjoy a cocktail after a day of sightseeing.

Very close to Time Square and Central Park. Subways are very close and very easy to figure out. Concierge Ashley was AMAZING with helping teach us the subway system and to give us suggestions on sight seeing.

Nice, recently renovated hotel; helpful courteous staff

This hotel is in a great location easy walking distance to the theaters, great restaurants, and central park. Also easy access to metro line to Battery Park and areas in between. Did not have a lot of interaction with staff but it was easy to check-in and staff even accommodated my friend and I by changing our room from a king to two queens. Room size was adequate (bathroom was very spacious) didn't have a great view but we were not in the room very much. Bed was very comfortable and even thou our room was right across from the elevators the room was fairly quite (except sirens from the street).

Dear Majeed, I would like to thank you for taking time to share your experience with us. First, I would like to extend apologies for challenges you faced with our elevators. As a landmark building we are restricted in certain changes we are able to make to the structure, including the size and location of elevators. Additionally, water is available at our front desk upon request once Central Market has closed for the evening. I apologize that you were not made aware of this. Finally, I would like to extend my apologies for any miscommunication experienced regarding our facilities fee. We try our best to advise our guests prior to arrival on our website and all third-party booking sites of any and all charge related questions and notification of our compulsory facilities fee. Additionally, our receptionists do advise each guest at registration of the credit card policies of the hotel to ensure transparency. Again, we apologize that we failed to meet your expectations and are open to suggestions of how we can better advise our prospective guests traveling from abroad or within the U.S. so that these challenges can be eliminated. Please feel free to contact us directly so that we may address any additional questions. We hope to have the opportunity to restore your faith in our hotel and services. Best regards, Don Fraser Managing Director
