The location and the size of the rooms are the biggest pluses..excellent location if you are seeing shows.... and the rooms are huge. Breakfast and evening reception are very nice, but the amenity fee ($35 a night) seems a bit high for what you get. Last time we stayed at a Hampton Inn and it was all included including wifi. Room needs updating...wallpaper coming away from wall, leaky faucet at bathtoom sink and last day it took a long time to get hot water...and why no fridge? Front desk staff definitely needs to be friendlier. One night we came in to lobby, no one there except an Asian-American gentleman working the desk, we walked by and he basically ignored us. A friendly "Hello! How was your evening?" would have been nice!" We stayed here 2 years ago and we were blown away...what a difference 2 years makes!

I appreciated how quickly we were checked in and how close this hotel was to Times Square. We were seeing a show on Broadway and were able to walk to it within 10 minutes. Decent space for the price and beds were comfortable. My main complaint would be that the knobs on our sink leaked if turned on too high and there was only 1 robe/set of slippers.

Good food in breakfast and complement. Rest horrible, I asked for comforter and fridge for my insulin and they never bring it.

Love the location and not a huge property. More intimate hotel. Housekeeping was not up to par! Never got around to cleaning our room after 3 requests. So we passed on it being cleaned because we needed to get back in our room to get ready for the show after being out all day! The room was very clean when we first arrived, just to be clear.

You could not ask for more than was available for your comfort

I guess I can't really review the Millennium Premier because I never actually stayed at the Millennium Premier. After arriving to check in to a pre-paid reservation through Orbitz (pre-paid for over a month with a confirmation number), I was told that the Premier had no room remaining to check me in to. Any hotel can take a reservation, but this hotel apparently cannot service a reservation, as they had overbooked the hotel. I was transferred next door to a sister property that they said had a "comparable" room, but the amenities next door were not the same. And no restitution or even apology was issued to me from the hotel management until days later. Not exactly a great experience after traveling to New York and just wanting to check into a room that was pre-paid and booked over a month in advance.

The property was average, clean, and the room was spacious by NY standards. The staff was very nice and helpful. However, it did not live up to the "premier" standard it represents. The hotel address was not clearly marked and hard t find. The amenities were rather basic and I felt as though this was "lipstick on a pig". They obviously chose to cut corners while giving the perception that this property was at the "premier" level. The bathroom had a newer countertop but old, broken fixtures and a tiny dated shower with a polyester shower curtain! The guest bath robe was wrinkled and shrunken, The light controls were set to all on or all off (no option for reading light only). I was also disappointed that there were no USB outlets in the room. Most updated hotels are equipped with them. There are so many better options in NY; I'll choose another hotel for my next visit.

The location was the best part of the hotel. It was central to everything.

Amazing hotel, staff, location. I felt like at home, people are super friendly

Perfect location in NYC Times Square. Close to everything

Great location and service! Would definitely stay here again.
