I thought the property was fantastic! It was cleanest hotel I have ever been to. Beautiful modern rooms with with nice furnature, bedding, towels and soaps. On site restaurant and a cozy bar. Food of all types within walking distance. The subway was just down the block making it really convenient to use. The only thing I would suggest to the hotel is to add window curtains to block out the light from the hotel sign and to help drown out the busy streets at night. The blinds are nice but didn't do enough with the lighted sign outside. I would happily recommend this hotel to others and would stay there again.

We enjoyed our stay. The room was clean and modern. However, the owners might want to upgrade the levalor blinds to higher-quality ones, preferably with blackout options like those found in most hotels. Additionally, you are not insulated from the crashing noises of other guests and service staff crashing around outside your room. The elevators felt a bit slow, and we weren't particularly impressed with the hotel food. Luckily, there are many tasty options nearby.

Location is central, staff is friendly, and the hotel is modern and clean. The beds were too soft and kept sinking. The room had no blackout curtains, could hear the street noise all night long. They charge a resort fee offering snacks/coffee, but during limited hours only.

Spent two nights at this Koreatown location, convenient to MSG, Moynihan station, Bryant Park & Times Square. Surprised by the little comforts-pantry with afternoon specialty coffees, flavored water, & morning brew. Lux king offered everything we needed, plus courtesy umbrella & robes. Room was quiet, in room fridge & safe appreciated. Do walk around the corner to Pio Bagels!
