Nice property with updated amenities. Unfortunately, my room was never turned over even though I was gone during the service hours and did not have a do not disturb sign on my door. Room was comfortable but needs a microwave.

Nice hotel with spacious room. Bed was comfy and room was quiet. Actually had a real king size bed which in NYC is hard to come by. Nice area in the flower district. Walking distance to Penn Station and MSG. Continental breakfast was very small, fruit and pastries and yogurt, but nice to have something available. I would definitely stay here again.

Horrible mattress.

Me and my friends stayed here. We all like it, it was very clean. They has some problems with the room they were staying in. The room i stayed in was good no problems. The Lady working the front desk was really rude and disrespectful. Other then that the stay was good.

The bed was comfy but no extra blanket. there was no many bar although that was advertised. The creamer and sugar options for the coffee was awful. Also housekeeping did not clean our room on the second day, I had to call and ask for clean towels. The rooftop bar is amazing I would definitely go back there. Also the AC doesn't go any lower than 68 it felt really warm in the room during the day.

Checked into the first room. It was freezing. Turned the heat on and went to dinner. Came back and the heat was cold air. Called the front desk. And 3 hours later they decided to change the room since it couldn’t be fixed. Got to a new room, and the remote control had vomit on it. I have to clean it so it can be used. To make a long story short - NEVER AGAIN

Perhaps them most comfortable hotel bed we've ever slept in. We had a room that did not face the street, which it was a bit dark, but it also meant that the room was very quiet, which we appreciated. The workout room is very limited. There was a communication problem between the front desk and the bar having to do with what was and was not offered with the drink voucher we had. The street has a lot of construction going on right now and wasn't the most pleasant to stroll down, but the hotel offers great access to several subway lines. Overall, we'd recommend it and would stay there again, especially given the very reasonable price point. A good value.

Did not even have heat in my room.. said they was going to bring a space heater.. never got one....

This property was newly renovated. All furnishings were relatively new, including flooring and bathrooms. Main entry was very nice and inviting. Overall very stylish. Proximity to the 1 Subway was great. Taxis available at the end of the block. I did not like that the mini frig was overfilled with items for purchase leaving no room for our own items. Also, the air conditioner was inadvertently aimed at the head of the bed nearest the window so as to hit sleeping patrons. My biggest problem was just prior to check out when we received our bill under the door. A charge for $25 per night was charged to our card. When I asked at the desk, I was told it is a facility charge for all the amenities: business center, fitness center, luggage storage, wifi, etc. In previous experience, these things are all included in a normal room fee, so I was a bit miffed. Also, this fee is not disclosed on the Orbitz website so it was baffling. I did look on the hotel website and it is disclosed on the main page and on the booking page if you use their website. Apparently this is a newer trick that hotels use to bypass hotel fees to the city. Well, this customer is not happy about it, or that Orbitz did not disclose it. Add $25 per day to the advertised room rate.

I was at this property for one week. On my first night i was awakened by the sound of rain - when I got up to look out the window I stepped in water. The rain was a busted pipe that brok on the 12th floor and travele down to my 5th floor room. At 4AM, I was switching rooms. No one called the following day or made any apologies or asked if all was okay. I had ordered room service the night this happened and asked for a credit but was denied since it happened to many guests. Due to the pipe break, I had no access to the roof top bar (one of the reasons I stayed at this hotel). The elevators were hard to get often occupied by workers repairing the water issue. My room was not cleaned a couple of days. The ice machine is on the lowest level by the gym. The room they put me in faced the street right in front of construction site that started at 7AM - it was VERY loud. Much of this could have been rectified with an apology or acknowledgement of the inconvenience.

Check in took too long and at breakfast on a Sunday morning, there was one waitress for a roomful of People. Took forever to get my order. Will not stay here again
