Perfect location if you want to be right in Times Square. Lovely rooms, quite spacious, with small kitchen, allowing you to cook if you prefer to stay in. The elevators were prompt (I was on the 33rd floor). Breakfast was delicious, with a great variety of food every morning.i couldn’t fault the property at all, and would highly recommend.

The breakfast menu was okay. The room was nice and clean. A little small. The staff when I checked in was very polite but when I let the staff that was there when I checked out. Was rude. I came to the counter to check out and ask if they could hold my luggage and they act like they didn’t want to help me or answer any of my questions.

Amazing location. Great staff. Elevators can be slow but we just took the stairs. Sofa bed was uncomfortable but the staff kindly took this on board and provided another mattress and extra wadding.

Stayed for a week with a group of friends. Pros: Very convenient location—walkable to Times Square with easy subway access. The room had a kitchenette with utensils, coffee maker, fridge, and microwave. Toiletries were complete and regularly refilled. We booked a queen bed with a sofa bed; the bed was comfortable, linens were clean, and towels were well stocked. Breakfast had a good variety, and the kitchen amenities were great overall. Room refreshed every other day. Special shout-out to Inosencia for her excellent service—always smiling, helpful, and attentive throughout our stay. Cons: The elevator situation was a major issue, especially during peak hours (6–10 AM). We stayed on the 10th floor and most elevators arrived full, resulting in 15+ minute wait times. We ended up taking the stairs on three different days because we couldn’t wait any longer. There is essentially no lobby—just a reception desk. On our last day, during heavy snowfall, there was nowhere to wait for our Uber. There is also no restroom in the lobby; you either have to go to the basement (under construction) or return to your room. Breakfast can also get extremely crowded, with long waits for tables. We were not informed in advance about the ongoing construction, and combined with constant Times Square noise, it made the stay quite loud. Overall, I wouldn’t recommend staying here again until the elevator issues are resolved construction is complete.

The location of this hotel is excellent, but here are the down sides: - Very long wait for elevators and sometimes they didn't stop at our floor - Breakfast in the morning was not very good and it was like being in a stampede of cattle - The pull out couch was quite uncomfortable In general just way too many people squeezing into a small space 24x7.

taking into consideration that construction was underway, Home2 offered a clean and comfortable room with good amenities (coffee machine, kitchenette). Reception is chaotic, but the staff friendly. Luggage holding service after check out was well appreciated. Upstairs bar is lovely
