I loved the location and the view. I’m mad at the false advertising. There is no food breakfast or restaurant which is why I chose it.

Other than the really good location everything was quite bad. There is no room cleaning service (1 in a 4-night stay) and no facilities at all (the lobby, end). Also, it says on the page that was recently renewed but the property looks and feels very dated, especially the lack of minimum services inside the bedrooms like a mini fridge to a proper closet. For the price, we didn't spect the best hotel in lower manhattan but this was quite bad.

Not much more than a place to sleep at night after a long day visiting the area attractions. It was walkable to many things in the area and it was pretty quiet at night.

1. When the reservation was made the selected way was “pay at property” however cash was not accepted. 2. At check in I requested house keeping everyday and the staff at that moment agreed, the next day no housekeeping showed up the next day I requested it again they did go to the room tue day after no house keeping shower and asked why they where not going they told me that housekeeping was only every 3 days (I needed at least bathroom clean and clean towels) so only 2 days in total house keeping showed up. 3. The room had a weird smell the whole entire stay plus there was a lot of humidity for some reason. 4. Every time I left the room I had to request a reprogrammed room key, if I didn’t do that the key won’t open the lock, staff told me that maybe was the magnetic from my cell phone or a credit card, never happened before. The stay was not as pleasant as expected, little details make a difference.

The hotel is in the middle of what I think is renovation carpets are filthy wet and the odor inside room is like sauna with high levels of humidity

The property was in a very convenient location - but the seaport, university, and financial district. It was not clear in the websites that parking was available but at a different location, with separate charges. The discount we got via validation was 10 dollars of the total bill. The bathroom shower head was broken; towels were shredded; shower curtains were installed improperly and we had to request bath mats several times. Cleaning had to be requested (understandably), and we did - because of we bathroom needed a mop (shower curtain issue). Cleaning was not performed per request one of two days we requested it.

Hotel was very small but clean and staff was nice

I liked my room with the terrace there's free street parking but you have to be willing to walk to it and be lucky to get a spot there.

No cleaning room and the say free breakfast but they charge us

Valet situation was off putting. We went and found parking ourselves.

Good location. Price was reasonable. Front desk staff were very helpful and friendy. Everything I needed was right outside the door.

Hotel staff was very friendly, room was a nice size and clean, price was right.

The staff was great. I have no complaints about them at all.

Absolutely loved staying at this hotel. We will bring friends back with us next year.

You can find better rooms in the city for the same price. Only good thing was the price. Staff was nice. But rooms are tiny.

This hotel is located inside the business district of New York and many tourists attractions.

It was great. Rooms were very tiny but that's normal for New York.

Galwin, thank you very much for staying with us. We are sorry you were inconvenienced by our payment policy. It is our hotel’s policy not to accept cash as a form of payment. We must have a credit or debit card on file for each reservation to cover incidentals during your stay. This is standard industry practice at reputable hotel chains, and we regret any miscommunication regarding this concern. We also apologize for the concerns you had with our housekeeping services during your stay. We will follow up with the appropriate parties to ensure this will not happen again. We value your feedback and regret not meeting all of your expectations. We appreciate your patience, and we hope you will choose us when you return to our area. Best Regards, Waheeda Ashraf General Manager

Dear Oscar, We do apologize for your not so pleasant experience at our hotel but it is our goal to make sure each guest comes in and leaves with a great impression of how hard we try our meet our guest expectations. I'm sorry that this was not your story this time. If you would allow me to make up for that unpleasant feeling you departed with; I would be more than happy to offer you another night stay at our fine establishment at half the price of the rate you paid when you stayed with us recently. If this sounds like a offer you want to take us up on please feel free to call the front desk and ask for myself (Tyreace - Assistant Front Office Manager) and I would be more than happy to rebook your stay at a discounted rate.
