Hilton Garden Inn Times Square

3.5 out of 5.0

Recent guest reviews

Brought my daughters for their first trip to NYC. The room was exactly what we were looking for. We had a view of the rooftop and a wall next door; however, we found we liked this. It was a bit quieter than a street view. The room was larger than others I have stayed at in NYC. The staff (cleaning) was extremely happy and helpful.

Nice location, excelent staff, good quality, a little busy at the front desk

This hotel has a great location just off time square. The staff was great and very helpful with questions. The value was also great. Highly recommend this location.

I’ve stayed in NYC hotels barely larger than my suitcase. Our room at the Hilton Garden Inn Times Square had two queen bed, fairly large bath, and extra perks like microwave and fridge which were fabulous since we had two 12-year olds with us. It is in quick walking distance of the theatres and Times Square. The staff were helpful in every possible way. Will definitely stay there again.

The location is perfect, within walking distance to many restaurants and theaters. Close to Times Square without all the hustle and bustle of the crowds.

First room that they gave me had the wrong bed configuration and had a funny smell. Second room was better, but noisy all night. not sure if the problem was the closeness to the elevator or what. Btw I was in room 419. The room was clean, but very tired. Definitely no value received for the dollars paid. The redeeming factor to this hotel was the pleasant and efficient front desk and other staff. A special note goes to Ernest at the front desk. Location was great, but not enough to make up for the lousy room. Also counting against this property was the rooftop bar, which is not strictly part of the hotel. Hilton should disassociate themselves from that disaster.

Close to a subway station, Times Square and lots of great restaurants and bars. The staff was wonderful and attentive to all of our needs. The bed was comfortable and the room had everything we needed and was very clean. The room was bigger than expected and we had a great view of the Hudson! Will definitely stay again!

2 of the three elevators doors slam together when closing and make a huge banging noise. When people start to use them at 5:00 am on, it's hard to sleep when your the room closest to the elevator. I called and the front desk they said they would send someone up to check on it. I got up and figured it was the elevator. They gavw me 100.00 worth of points vs the 303.00 I paid for the night and wouldn't refund me even though their gaurntee says they will. They did move us to another room for the rest of the nights.

It was average....nothing to rave about at this time.

All good....the mini reftigerator..and the microwave come handy....very good 24 hours restaurant across the street...close to central park..Rockefeller center ..times square.....staff veey helpful...

Centrally located, near parking garages. checked in late and they held the room. Left early the next morning so really didn't get to experience much of the hotel

Right in the heart of Manhattan Hotel was very clean staff very nice no problem will return

The 2 rooms I had smelled like old cigarette smoke. It said no smoking rooms but it had lingered from the past!

First the room I requested was denied because the Lady at the.front desk said there was any available, but after 2 room changed, a gentleman with more, disposition than the lady kindly help me, and did my stayed at the hotel the best time ever

This hotel is in a great location and very comfortable.

Loved this hotel! I went with my boyfriend on a Sunday night, and the price was amazing! The rooms were big, and the staff was extremely accomodating.

Good overall. Good value when compared to other much higher priced hotels in the area. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

Had a wonderful St. Patrick's Day weekend with my girlfriend. Hotel was nice and in a great location for Times Square. We will definitely return.

I arrived a little early and was able to check in right away. Very efficient. Very impressed with the room at first sight. This was my first visit here and to NYC and I had been told to expect a small room. The room was very spacious and well appointed. I had wanted to be on a higher floor, but got the 3rd. Perfect! The view from that floor was wonderful! Everything about the room made my stay more magical. It was also very quite considering the location.

Good location with very friendly staff. Clean rooms. Bed is comfortable. Bathrooms a little small.
