Loved this hotel! I went with my boyfriend on a Sunday night, and the price was amazing! The rooms were big, and the staff was extremely accomodating.
Good overall. Good value when compared to other much higher priced hotels in the area. Staff was very friendly and helpful.
Had a wonderful St. Patrick's Day weekend with my girlfriend. Hotel was nice and in a great location for Times Square. We will definitely return.
I arrived a little early and was able to check in right away. Very efficient. Very impressed with the room at first sight. This was my first visit here and to NYC and I had been told to expect a small room. The room was very spacious and well appointed. I had wanted to be on a higher floor, but got the 3rd. Perfect! The view from that floor was wonderful! Everything about the room made my stay more magical. It was also very quite considering the location.
Good location with very friendly staff. Clean rooms. Bed is comfortable. Bathrooms a little small.
My husband and I stayed 1 night for a quick weekend away. It's nice, and the size of room was very good for NY. You could hear street noise and we heard some other kind of motor running, which I later think was the heater (Maybe) from the parking garage. We were on the 2nd floor. The staff was very friendly and helpful and answered any questions we had about the area. If you want fancy, it's not, but good for a cheaper weekend get away. Got a good price on Orbitz.
We had to book our hotel the day before when our friends weren't able to join us at the last minute. They had a special rate at another hotel and we were afraid we would have to get a "cheap" hotel far from the theater district in order to find something in our budget. We were delighted and stunned to find the Hilton Garden Inn so close to Broadway and at such a reasonable rates. Turned a potential disaster into a trip of a lifetime. Thank you!
Currently restaurant was being renovated. That was the only drawback.
I was wonderful staying in NYC for the first time. Restaurants Transportation very close to location.
Went into the city for an overnight with my daughters, I chose the Hilton Garden Inn because of our past positive experiences with the Hilton brand. The staff was professional and friendly and the rooms were clean and comfortable. The only disappointment was that the third party restaurant connected to the hotel has closed permanently, alas no way to grab a late night glass of wine to bring up to my room; even so, I would definitely book here again for a quick stay in the city.
Great location in NYC. Close to some great restaurants, Times Square and the subway. Rooms a bit small but we're just fine for our stay.
Been to few here in New York but this one is really nice, clean and comfortable in a great location and good price. I will recommend it as well to coming back to this hotel
My stay was great. Clean , spacious and near shopping areas.
Great proximity to anything in the city. Only issues were an empty vending machine and noise from a club or something. Music was loud enough to be heard through the windows. No good.
Great location next to several subway lines. Awesome Stay for a weekend in NYC
Great location, great staff, accessible parking for $42. I recommend the place.
First of all the staff, Mike & Ernest were unbelievably helpful. They gave me a top floor room with a view for a rather decent price at times square. Great location, very close to all of midtowns attractions including times square, fifth avenue, empire state, etc. Room was very clean, comfortable, housekeeping didn't mind me staying a few minutes rushing past my already late check out. Hilton Honors member for years, my loyalty will always lye with Hilton. Appreciate Mike the most he could not have been more helpful! First on my list of hotels next time I'm in New York
This was a wonderful hotel. Great location. Lots of good restaurants close by. The restaurant in the hotel was fabulous too. Access to the subway was across the street.
Enjoyed a fun, short trip to New York, went to a taping of The Chew, enjoyed the sights, loved the food at Eatily. This hotel was in a perfect location, we mostly walked or took the subway.
I've chosen to stay here on 4 different trips because of its perfect location to the theaters and subway.
