The hotel is quiet, simple, clean, staff were consistently friendly. Exactly what we were looking for on our visit to NYC. Wonderful location. My only complaint is that I unfortunately did not get a deal (it was expensive) but I think I went on a busy week/weekend and also booked week before our visit. Generally I think its a pretty affordable hotel for the area from what I can tell online.
We enjoyed a very enjoyable and confortable Memorial Day weekend at this hotel, with good friedly customer service, nice amenities, friendly personnel, clean and well maintained rooms..
Staff is excellent. This is definitely a no frills hotel, but the price refected that, so is fine. Wished it had a bar...but i guess there are plenty of those within walking distance. Good value for the price and location.
Room was big for New York standards and clean, staff was friendly and very attentive
Great location, only a few blocks from most all the shows and Times Square.
The hotel in general and room were very clean and there were no smells. Quiet and super friendly staff, fast check in and out. Super convenient location steps from train E line and next to a parking garage (not sure it belongs to the hotel). Also, had breakfast (which we didnt get) and a convenience store. The was staff immediately available for customers with luggage. Overall i highly recommend this place.
It’s great for a short term visit.
We had 2 rooms, they made sure we were on the same floor. The rooms were spacious and clean. We had a fridge, microwave, and Keurig. Housekeeping came every day. The staff was very friendly and helpful and had a car waiting for us to go back to the airport on our departure day. Location was super convenient to Broadway shows and times square, never felt unsafe outside. Also there are excellent pizza shops and a bakery on the next block. Never had issues getting an elevator. Would definitely stay here again! Only downside was my room faced 8th avenue and it was a little loud (there's a firehouse nearby so we heard them go out a few times overnight) but after the first night I slept right through it.
2nd time staying here the past month. Love the convenient location when in town for Broadway shows. Clean, spacious rooms (for NYC) and great price. Would definitely stay again and recommend to others.
Nice room and great view.
Run down, limited tv, outdated air control.
When we arrived we got our room and went up stairs drop luggage and went for dinner and came back but bathroom was dirty and dirty black dust was all around bathtub. There were bug in the the bathroom. No large towel. It was already midnight and I spoke to front desk manager . I believe her name was Ashanti or Shanti . She was very rude and didn’t care to help us and she said her shift is over then walk away from front desk. Then I called Orbitz. person on the phone was very helpful he spoke to hotel desk and got us refund for two night . In the morning we checked out and moved to another Hilton property by midtown. That hotel was much better experience for us.
Too much noise on the room courtesy of the elevator
Cup of coffee in the morning was a little expensive, but over all, we had a wonderful stay!
Nice
Staff were professional, which is important to me. They were polite and attentive. The rooms were dark and outdated. Lacked luster, but overall I’m satisfied.
This was my first stay at the hotel, and I really enjoyed it. The room was a “normal” size for NYC and included a fridge, microwave, and safe. The bed was surprisingly comfortable. Excellent location and the front desk personnel were friendly and helped me find a room according to my requests. I would stay here again.
good value for NYC.
The front lobby was small and always congested when you came and left from hotel. No concierge service. Our room, 416, was constantly noisy from sounds of elevators and the people in next room of our “shared locked door”. Location was great. Quick easy walk to subway and Times Square.
