Staff was very knowledgeable and pleasant, always in a good mood. They would give us great tips on where to go even if it didn't bring the business to them. Housekeeping came after hours when we asked which many places do not do. Could see the Brooklyn bridge from the window and everything was very close to walk to. Great place for a good price.
I had difficulty breathing in my room. Had to change rooms.
Shower handle was broken and it was difficult to figure out how to get it in place to get the water hot enough.
Great location and nice size hotel. We had a terrace room and enjoyed the outdoor space. The staff was very friendly. This was overshadowed by multiple items in the room that were broken and had to be repaired during our stay. All were readily apparent and should have been addressed before another guest walked into the room.
Beautifully appointed room, the wood paneling is amazing! Very friendly & professional staff - highly recommended spot for a downtown stay.
