$50 valet parking each night, beds were semi comfortable, didn’t like the feeling of the sheets but that personal preference. Rooms and facilities wear clean. Beware of the free breakfast, orbitz was offering a deal on free full breakfast but there was some confusion and hotel said My reservation did not come with it so make sure you snap pic the page where it states free breakfast (you get 2 voucher for the adults and kids eat free) subway was literally a corner away which was very convenient when exploring the city. There is Starbucks and McDonalds literally around corner as well. Overall I would recommend and I’m pretty anal when it comes to comfort and convenience l

I was visiting a friend who lives about six blocks away. This hotel is new, compact and located conveniently close to Penn Station, public transportation, and lots of great eateries and coffee shops. The staff was polite and helpful, the room was comfortable and clean.

Very convenient location. Within walking distance of Time Square for Broadway shows and other attractions. Several subway lines are nearby. Lots of restaurants in the area. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

I had an early arrival into New York and they let me check my bag at the desk, which was very convenient. The room was very clean and comfortable. The location is perfect for public transportation locations, as well as great walking distance to midtown areas. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I had a great stay in New York thanks to the staff here.

Everything was great. You need to always be aware, I did receive a phone call saying it was the hotel desk asking for all of my information again, over the phone. Do not give info over the phone. The call was not from the hotel. The hotel was alerted. Others had recd the same scam call

Staff was extremely helpful and accommodating! Of ALL hotels I’ve stayed at by far... they were the nicest and most helpful staff!!

Buena ubicación el hotel se ve y se siente muy viejo

Great location. Close to Penn Station and the 1 line subway station. Clean rooms and friendly staff.

Loved the hotel and location. There was a subway stop right at the end of our block. The hotel is right in the middle of flower district--just beautiful. Would definitely stay there again.

Staff were pleasant and friendly. Room clean. Enjoyed my stay. Only thing I would change is the cost of the breakfast buffet. A little pricey

Clean hotel, spacious room. Shower is one of top 5 worst showers I've ever taken. Extremely noisy fan on furnace/ac. Very clean, comfortable bed, close to a Starbucks, McDonald's, subway stop, bus stop, etc. Staff is professional but will not give you one bit of info about hotel - simply your key and room number. Not rude, just not helpful. If you want no muss, no fuss and can hack a thin stream of water that barely rinses your body but is affordable - this is your place. I would go back.

Loved the hotel! Perfect location! Very close to subway station. Traveled with my teen daughters and felt very safe!

happy to stay n tell friends... to come stay there too

I stood at this hotel for one night. Hotel was very nice and clean. The hotel staff was very friendly. The bed was very comfortable and i had a nice view of the city.

This hotel is hidden in the flower district. Breakfast is overpriced, you are better off going to a deli or diner. While we were there (3 nights, 4 days) one of the elevators was always out of order making leaving or arriving difficult because it was usually 30 minutes before you could get on the one working elevator. The bellman was awesome! If you needed a cab he would find you one, no matter what.

Our party of 4 agreed this hotel was a great choice, pricing, location, personnel. Room was clean, we were always greeted by friendly faces and helpful staff. I would definitely return to this hotel.

Great location and reasonable price for NY city. Happy hour was 1/2 price (take advantage!). Room was very clean but the bed was not very comfortable. The mattress needs to be changed. Do not schedule taxi services with the front desk, we made the mistake to schedule a cab to the airport on our last day and were ripped off! Yellow cabs are much cheaper.

This was a pretty average hotel. It was nothing great.

Hotel was not accommodating with weather travel needs for cancellation.

Nice location, perfectly good room. Not super exceptional, but hard to get anything really great in NYC without shelling out a ton of cash.
