Staff was VERY accommodating. Our booked room had plumbing issues so we were placed in a beautiful room on the top floor and was able to check in 3 hours early. Everything was very clean. The hotel is very centrally located as well. I would definitely stay here again

Super Hotel and nice location. Clean room, comfortable bed/pillows, great staff and an all around A+ visit. Convenient little coffee shop with some breakfast stuff a fun loving staff to get you going in the morning. Next to lobby, plenty of seating and great place check emails and do some work. Also, check out the piano bar So&So, attached for a cocktail, late night snack and to take in a performance.

Rooms were clean. Staff was friendly. We love the open area lobby. We just grabbed takeout food so it gives you a place to eat. This is our go to hotel when stay in NYC. It’s close to the theatres, Time Square, lots of restaurants and a subway stop. Fantastic place. One thing to note is there is an additional $40+ a day for resort fees when checking out that I wasn’t expecting.
