The staff is amazing and they strive to meet their customers needs. The property is well kept and the location is ideal for walking to Times Square and Rockefeller Center. In addition, the subway is one block away from the property. I would have given an all 5 star review, but the HVAC in my room was extremely loud and disruptive which inhibited the ability to get a quality night of sleep. Overall, good value for the area.

Nowhere to sit in the lobby while you're waiting for your room to be ready. Extremely loud airconditioner wakes you up all night. Tiny room. Huge TV screen, but no free TV options. Can't even watch Youtube, since when you click on Youtube it just gives you the Hampton Inn channel. Free breakfast was terrible. Cheap, cold food, terrible taste. The shower head was just dripping when you turn on the water, and to get it to work you need to be tall to reach the shower head to adjust the flow. And we had someone banging doors and pounding the walls at 3am. Hilton in NY has become a complete joke. They're buying up the cheapest hotels and destroying what once was an excellent Hilton brand. Never again.

Very nice hotel on the border between the (awful) Times Square area to the west and the (much nicer) Rockefeller Center area to the east. Great buffet breakfast included, nice room, amenities.

Great location! Front desk staff and concierge were great! Jason was amazing and so supportive as he helped secure a taxi service since uber cancelled our ride for no reason. He brought all of our bags to the taxi and made sure we were set for our ride to get to the airport on time. Only complaint I have is that rooms are quite small, but it’s nyc. Housekeeping service was not efficient and helpful.

Perfect location to Broadway and Times Square

Really amazing location to all the broadway shows and museums we wanted to see. It was a very nice hotel, we have stayed is some with no storage for anything, this room has a good amount of hooks, and shelves. Also had a microwave and mini fridge that was nice. We are going to stay here again.

Breakfast was clutch. Hotel is at a great location beside Times Square, and is also close to the subway station (47th st and Rockefeller). For the price we paid compared to other options, would highly recommend.
