Was clean enough. But there was a small issue with the toilet making gurgling noises, which was enough that we had to shut the bathroom door at night to not be bothered by it. Staff came up several times but it never really got fixed. Staff at the front desk and in the dining room were very kind and courteous and helpful.

Excellent location! Clean room (though a bit cramped), friendly staff, and nice FREE breakfast. The only bummer was that there wasn’t adequate seating in the dining area (we had to eat standing up one of the days). There was construction going on next to the dining area, so hopefully they’re expanding their seating. Overall it was a great stay!

1. The bathroom had a water leak from the toilet that they couldn’t fixed it at all. 2. The bedroom was to hot and we were not allowed to change the heater temperature so they sent someone from the hotel staff to do it but When he adjusted the temperature, the heating system made a loud noise all night, which prevented us from sleeping well. 3. The hotel offers 2 queen beds but the true size of the beds were TWIN. I’m very disappointed, I won’t back again.

Room was horrible small no room for anything. Called for issue with heat. So cold in room . They came And fixed barley worked. Elevators suck took 20 min to get to lobby with 6 different elevators. No help with getting a taxi they told me well alot of traffic. Woild never stay here again

Rooms small, breakfast mediocre and elevator system is the worst! It overloads, goes down one floor, then tells you someone needs to get off. People wouldn’t get off because they’d waited so long for an elevator. Huge hassle. Then they couldn’t find our luggage that they stored. Can’t get a taxi to train station unless you drag your luggage to the intersection to hail one. We won’t return.

The hotel is very close or in Times Sq. Close to everything except Macy’s. The Hotel rooms are clean but very small. For the extreme cost of a room, it was disappointing.

This was my first time staying in NYC so the room was smaller than I expected. However, it was clean and more than sufficient for my stay. The included breakfast was a perk and a nice way to save money if you don't want to go out for breakfast. Sometimes there is a long wait for the elevator but otherwise a very nice stay!

Unlike usual Hampton Inns elsewhere. Quite unpleasant stay. Tiny room. Breakfast was absolute zoo, impossible at any of the scheduled time. Everyone from the street seemed to pour in with no attempt to control access. I stopped going after second try. Pod Hotel Times Square was same room accommodation at half the price.
