Great stay in an excellent location, especially convenient for catching shows on Broadway and within walking distance of Times Square and other major attractions.Check-in was fast, and the staff were friendly and welcoming throughout our stay. The room was spacious, clean, and well-maintained, with comfortable beds that made for a relaxing experience. Another big plus is the proximity to NY Penn Station,about a 10-minute walk, which made getting around very convenient. Lots of cafes and restaurants around. Breakfast was included with the room. They also helped with luggage storage. The only downside would be the bfast room was small and crowded. Nearly impossible to grab food, longer lines. This location was opposite to the bus terminal. Overall, a great choice for location, comfort, and service in NYC.

The room was clean, but it was very small and cold and the temperature control didn’t work well. The walls must have been paper thin because you could hear everything. The shower had poor water pressure but the temperature was ok. I booked here even though it was more expensive than other options because I expected it to be a better experience but it was disappointing.

The room was extremely small. Heat didn’t really work well as cool air blew out most of the time the system was on. During my service day (day 3) they left a large black trash bag full of trash in my room. My shower leaked onto the floor really bad. Overall this was one of the worst hotel stays I’ve ever had.
