Staff very nice. Small rooms, narrow hallways. Took more than hour to get elevator to check-out so missed our driver pickup. Elevators are small and were filled so never stopped at our floor for more than 80 minutes! Check in-Got to hotel early and had to wait for room to be ready which was understandable buy horsing around, loud laughing, yelling, etc. by reception team for 2 hours was very unprofessional and disturbing.

The low rating was more because of the middle of the night building alarm that went off for over an hour from about three in the morning to 4:20 in the morning.
