The debris needs to be removed from the sidewalk.

Okay, so, I’ve been trying to contact corporate about my experience. I just spent 4 days at the Candlewood Suites in Times Square. Initially my first impression was great so my first impression review was fantastic, however, my experience plummeted at the days passed. I spend a lot of time traveling for work so I have stayed in more hotels than I can count, and this experience was one of the worst. The second day I was there, I called down and asked if someone could please come take my trash out. I was aware that they did not service the rooms everyday due to it being an extended stay hotel and that was fine, but at check-in I was told that they would take out my trash or bring me toiletries if I needed them, so I called and asked for someone to come grab my trash. No one ever came. I managed a hotel once so I understand it can be hectic so I kind of brushed it off and went to bed and thought I’d remind them in the morning. Before I left the next morning I asked again if someone could come take my trash while I was gone, and I also needed another towel and bar of soap. Again, they told me “No problem ma’am.” I came back on my break, still nothing. This repeated when I came back that night, I asked again, no one came. By the 4th day I had 4 bags of trash stacked, no soap, no shampoo, no toilet paper, and dirty towels. I paid nearly 900 for my stay and I wasn’t even able to get toilet paper. That is not okay.

Hotel room looked old chips on the wall and the room smelled really bad

We were impressed with the convenience, quietness and overall quality of this location for a very affordable price. When we first checked in, there was an issue with our heating unit, and the front desk had someone dispatched within minutes to quickly fix the problem. We enjoyed the kitchenette and always had plenty of hot water for showers. We will definitely book this location again on our next NYC trip.

Staff was very friendly and accommodating. My friend called down to ask for a toiletry item and even though they ended up not having it they called up to the room to let us know they were still trying to find one. We asked for an extra blanket and they had one sent up in minutes. Close to time square and the bus terminal. Rooms have a small kitchenette which was great since we brought snacks that needed to stay cold. The only thing that would make it better is if they have continental breakfast but that wasn’t a big deal for us. I would definitely stay here again.

Everything was excellent, I recommend this Hotel, is quiet but close to many places to visit in Manhattan.

Toilet ran constantly and exuded a brown material down the bowl coming from inside the tank. Refer door badly dented and unsightly. Bed was well appointed and very comfortable.

No cleaning of the room, for Sightseeing best Location, room is very little

The quality of the room and the professionalism of the staff was remarkable.

I would recommend this hotel as it is easily accessible to the subway, shopping and sites. The service was great very friendly and attentive staff

Well great location everything it's close by . Will recommend to everybody will book again

This hotel had what we needed for a short NYC stay. Room was tight but did have amenities for a longer stay - ref, micro. Location was good. Staff was helpful.

Buena localizacion. Cocina equipada. Muy conveniente.

Thank you for the high rating, but what debris are you referring to? The construction across the street is outside our control.
