Nice size rooms.
It was great, would stay again. Beds were comfy, shower had excellent water pressure. Has amenities near by that you may need for travel. Restaurant/Bar a huge plus in hotel.
This hotel was our home base for 5 nights and was perfect for our NYC trip. Very centrally located. We will stay here again.
Small room at a very good price Modern & very well maintained.
I left to stay with a friend. The hotel is so worn out, the lobby was so noisy and the receptionist was indifferent. The photos are deceiving.

This place is trash lazily dressed up as a "luxury" hotel. Rooms are dingy and have a moldy smell. Furniture is old and looks very used. I hope you like laying down because the chairs in these rooms are unfit for human use. You couldn't make a less comfortable seating position if you tried - this is actually the worst part. Have some work you wanna get done? Get ready to do it in bed. Then there's the noise, and I'm not taking about typical NY noise from the street - I'm taking about housekeeping. Constantly slamming doors and chatting in the hallways as of 9am. Imagine for a second that your housekeeping duties are not the priority for guests who are trying to relax and perhaps sleep in on a Sunday. Not to mention knocking on door yelling "housekeeping" despite the do not disturb sign clearly placed outside. Then when you say no thanks, they ask "when can I come back?" - when I'm good and ready to leave! Do these people have any sense of etiquette or hospitality? Quite obviously not. Avoid!
I have no complaints except the hallways are too dark for my liking. If you come on from a bright day, you can’t see anything. I understand is part of their ambiance but still would prefer better illumination in the hallways to the rooms.
I liked the room and the ambiance of the hotel but my view from the terrance was apartment walls and I usually wouldn’t care except there was some old person watching my fiancé and I from their window which was really uncomfortable (I noticed someone watching when I was changing). also the phone in the room doesn’t have a room service option so if you want to order room service, get extra towels, etc you have to go downstairs to the front desk to do so. 5/10 experience, probably won’t come back
