Second time staying here. Great location, convenient to train, shopping, dining, Central Park, and many attractions. Staff is excellent. Room could have been a bit cleaner, particularly floor. Bed was a bit below average. Clean bedding. Overall great value for location.

The room was a bit shabby and needs a remodel (chunks of wood missing on the bottom corners of doors; door deadbolt lock not functional; no USB ports in the room; uncomfortable bed that creaks; narrow, dimly lit hallways; slow elevator; narrow shower/tub , and a shower curtain that wants to cling to you.

The room was stylish and comfortable, including in-floor heat in the bathroom. The staff were kind and courteous to me and also to each other. One thing to watch out for: my shower had a lot of water pressure; with being in a hurry, I didn’t notice that the shower curtain was outside the tub, and a lot of water got out and onto the floor.
