Breakfast was not that great. Noticeable water damage on ceiling and dripping from elevators. Barely any hot water when attempting to have shower. Not to happy with the hotel. I flew in and came over to get a room to just check in so I could go to a meeting. they told me they had them available. This was about 11 o’clock and then said the only way I could check in. I had to pay more money so I would have to wait till two to check in. Never had this issue before at other hotels unless the rooms were not available. But if they had some available, I was able to check in. Not sure what the big deal is since I’m gonna be staying at the hotel anyway. Did not like to customer service representative who didn’t care about customer service wasn’t satisfied with the service at all. I probably won’t be staying there again or at another Hyatt.. I’m in customer service and I know that you always take care of your customer when you have opportunities to do so. Trying to squeeze every dime out of a customer isn’t gonna get you anywhere.

The staff were acceptable, courtesy & polite, and the room was clean & comfortable. I was there for an extended stay due to an ice event power outage in Nashville and needed a hotel with a restaurant & lounge on site. This hotel stated it has both, it had neither! That's the only reason I decided on this location is for the restaurant & lounge so I was not in a vehicle due to weather restrictions. I was left without food other than pizza delivery & the small breakfast they served. I'd like a refund for my stay at this location since I was told false information about the accommodations. Thank you!
