Hotel management is exceptional! They will do whatever they need to make sure your stay is comfortable

Everything was great service was great and food was great

We were really stoked on the location and that they are pet-friendly. The staff was very very helpful too!

The staff is great! They will meet you with a smile, a drink and any services you need. They are kind and smile. But the room is only so-so. Half of the TV channels are scrambled or not avaivailable. I reached for a tissue in the bathroom and the metal cover fell to the floor. The tub and sink did not drain well, so a short shower left me with water up above my ankles. I needed a hair dryer, but couldnt find it. I was directed to the desk drawer, between the TV and bed. The hair dryer is connected by a short cord attached to the inside of this desk, so you have to sit out there, on the desk and dry your hair over the carpet, annoying anyone in your room. The staff is Sheraton Quality, the room is NOT.

The hotel is a little tired and in need of renovation. The corridors had a 'varnishy/pickle' smell to them and the woodwork and carpets were worn. There was a long black hair stuck to the tiles in my bathroom and the air conditioning unit blew cold air in my face all night and could not be turned off and the tv channels keep pixelating The staff were all friendly, and helpful.Check in and out was prompt and speedy and the breakfast was good but not exceptional but 15 pounds for parking in a hotel you stay when the cost is already high does not sit overly well.

My reservation was made through Orbitz. When I arrived at the hotel the desk agent was saying that my reservation was inaccurate and the room would not accommodate my family of 4. The desk agent said, “That’s what happens when you book through 3rd parties.” As if it was my fault that Orbitz didn’t communicate my reservation properly to the Sheraton. They were out of family rooms but he was able to find a room with a king bed and sofa bed and was nice enough to not charge me for a room upgrade. The room was nice until we discovered some interestingly placed handprints on the headboard that were not coming off and our in room phone wasn’t working. I informed hotel management about how unsettling it was to discover the handprints right behind the pillows. I was told they would get back to me and of course, no one did. It was well after midnight and my family and I were exhausted from international travel and decided to try and rest. Upon checking out the following morning, I asked to speak with a manager to discuss the matter and she did little to assuage my concerns and referred me to the corporate email. The restaurant “M” inside the hotel was delicious. The concierge Ali, was the nicest man. He had a bright cherry smile every time we spoke with him and was extremely helpful. I would book the Marriott next time I need a hotel near the airport.

After a very long, crying babies around us, we settled into this hotel for the night. Very professional staff and bed and pillows were clean, neat and so very comfortable.

Needed hotel nearby airport to rest after arrival before tackling downtown London with wheelchair and baggage. Accessible throughout hotel and room. Concierge especially helpful.

We were pleasantly surprised that we couldn't hear the planes considering we were so close to the airport. It was nice to have a couple of food options on site and we were all happy with the food at the sports bar. Food service was prompt, accurate, and hot. Bathroom was spacious and clean. We didn't use the pool, but it looked great! The four of us took an Uber XL to Heathrow and it was only around 10 pounds and 5-10 minutes to Terminal 3. All staff were very friendly and helpful.

It was a very nice hotel really close to airport and train station and the room I had was amazing and very comfortable I would definitely recommend

The rooms are great. The bed is the most comfortable bed I have ever slept in while travelling. Wifi in house works great. I really enjoyed the breakfast and the food in the bar. Wonderful. Plus NFL in HD. Just like being back in the States.

We stayed here one night after getting in late from Heathrow. Perfect location, close to Heathrow, easy transport to and from airport.
