All good.... Nice room on 4th floor Clean & Tidy, organised staff, good car park and 5 minutes from Echo Arena. Breakfast good as always and plenty of choice. Nothing for us to complain about and very nicely decorated. Very confy Beds for a good nights sleep Thankyou Hampton Hilton

Traveling can be tiring and it was so relaxing to return to the Hampton Hotel in Liverpool. The staff saw to our every need and the rooms were clean comfortable and relaxing. We enjoyed lovely hot showers and great internet access . If we forgot anything they had it and the nicest treat was the breakfast coffee and bags they prepared when we had to leave at the crack of dawn. They even arranged our taxi for us.

Good location close to Albert Dock. Clean comfortable room. Bit noisy during night as we were on the front, but we did have a decent view of the dock. Breakfast was a bit disappointing. Good choice but not great quality. Parking is extra but overall pretty good value for a trip to see the sights.

Hotel well situated for city centre and Albert docks. Reception manager gave us a room upgrade on arrival and because I was a Hilton honours member gave a discount as I hadn't done this on original booking.

This hotel is well-situated for most of the attractions in Liverpool, being within walking distance of both cathedrals, the city centre, and the dock area with its museums etc. Our room was clean, comfortable and quiet, although of course not with the frills you might expect from a more up-market hotel from the Hilton group. The main issue is breakfast. Unless you make the effort to get up early, it is an *extremely* busy, noisy smash and grab affair - with queues after around 08:30. To be fair, we were warned about this at check-in. The solution was to get up, have breakfast, and then go back to bed for a bit before attacking the day!!

My husband & I stayed in this hotel due to our flight 2 belfasr being cancelled .stayed here for 2 nights.hotel is very clean & comfortable.rooms are really spacious.tea & coffee facilities In room.toiletries supplied.iron & board & hairdryer in room.staff really helpful.we only hd a delayed flight menu so not a lot 2 choose from but not hotels fault.we were only 2 glad 2 get accommodation so close 2 airport.drinks a bit pricey.wud recommend this hotel.thanks 4 our 2 nites stay.

We stayed here one night as a stop on our way home through Liverpool. The staff were very pleasant and welcoming, and very helpful with directions etc. The rooms were comfortable, clean and spacious, with a tele and a hairdryer and plenty of towels. Would've been a 5 star review but for the breakfast, everyone is crammed in to a small space and there are nowhere near enough tables to fit everyone in. All in all a pleasant one night.

Excellent stay, liked the card scanner system to room and lift, beds very comfortable. Wider foodselection may would have been excellent but was not an issue for me. Will usecagain if I visit Liverpool again.

Fabulous hotel looks like it just opened but been there 7 years hotel is in quiet location just opposite Albert docks rooms are spacious and modern bathroom is lovely the breakfast is amazing lots of choice the bar doesn't serve cocktails the pub outside the hotel is a proper mans pub not for girls! Car park is under the hotel bit expensive at £13 a night

Room perfectly comfortable. Air conditioned in room but I'm not a fan of the fans too noisy for me. Not a hot or cold night so fine without it. Car park tight so drive with care. Cost of £13 for a nights parking a surprise. The only disappointment was breakfast. Good choice but the English breakfast ingredients low quality. DIY tea (make it yourself) in keeping with the whole DIY breakfast experience. Cook your own toast. Shame no grill to cook own fried eggs and well cooked bacon these had to be specifically requested from the kitchen. The Orange juice from a machine clearly had not had enough concentrate added as it was more like squash than freshly squeezed fruit juice. Given the choice of hotels in Liverpool at this price point I think I'll try somewhere else next time I'm in the area as there is no compelling reason to come back.
