All the staff we interacted with were really friendly. The prices in the bar were good for a hotel and the free, easy parking was the biggest positive. A really good stay. The bathroom was tiny but didn't make our stay any worse.

This hotel is perfect if all you want from a hotel is somewhere clean, convenient and friendly to stay while you visit the area or attend a conference at the nearby ACC. Rooms are small but perfectly adequate, breakfast is better than expected, free parking and genuinely friendly staff.

Staff were helpful, we were able to go to reception before booking in time to register car so able to walk into town centre for lunch and drink after the journey up. Highly recommend this lovely hotel. Perfect spot for walking into the centre, literally 10 minutes. Loved the waterside location, rooms were very clean and bed was very comfy, even provided a fan for the hot weather.
