It is the perfect balance of both worlds providing a quiet getaway that is less than 5 miles from the Las Vegas strip and sports arenas! This home has something for everyone ranging from an indoor game room, private pool, gazebo, basketball court, shuffleboard, putting green and an abundance of outdoor seating to relax with family or friends!

INDOOR LIVING:
*KITCHEN: Fully equipped with dishware, flatware, cooking utensils, spices and cooking oils. Appliances: Keurig coffee maker (some K-Cups provided), Pot Coffee Maker, Microwave, Dishwasher, Refrigerator with ice maker, blender, toaster, and range.

*LIVING AREA: 2 flat-screen cable/smart TVs, Game room with pool table, ping pong table, 2 video arcade games, board games and printer.

BEDROOMS
*Master bedroom has a large king sized bed and private bathroom which includes a spacious walk-in closet, jacuzzi tub, double sinks and large walk-in shower.
*Bedrooms 2 & 3 have queen size beds while Bedroom 4 has two twin beds. Full bathroom with shower/tub and double sinks available.
*All bedrooms have ceiling fans and smart flat-screen TVs.

As a man who stays in quite a few VRBO‘s, I have to say this one has probably the most unique outdoor area of any we’ve ever been to. We didn’t have any young ones with us, but if we did, it would’ve been heaven between the pool, putt putt, basketball court and more.(see the pics)

This place will exceed all expectations or what you think you may be getting. Beautiful property and location is good. The pool, patio area is really the centerpiece in my opinion. The master bedroom is really nice also. This will go down and one of the best business trips for me personally. Would refer "anyone" looking to stay in Las Vegas to this home.

Quiet, spacious oasis off the strip - everything clean and well stocked in the house. We had a great time - only piece of feedback is that it’s a little farther than 5min from strip - probably more like 10-20min depending on time of day and traffic. Just something to factor in for your stay. Also appreciated that the host let us check in early.
