I Liked the breakfast the omlet chef was AWESOME. I Liked the layout of the hotel. PILLOWS were no good. And hard place to catch a cab. No shuttle.
I had to change my reservation from 2 nights to 1 but the property kept telling me to call Orbitz. Orbitz would tell me to contact the property. Totally ridiculous and I still haven’t been refunded.

the front desk staff was great, after check in we found a dirty room, hidden garbage in corners and under beds, house keeping doesn't maintain room you are expected to empty your own trash, among other things. the pool is closed except on weekends and not up kept. Free breakfast was ok the same everyday, the kitchen staff was rude to my kids, actually accusing my kids of wasting food, they were not happy at special requests.

Even though the amenities (fitness center, pool, restaurant, etc) were closed due to Covid-19, the staff made up for it the best they could. They made grab and go breakfast bags and had coffee ready to pour at 5:30am. Great staff with friendly, customer service, attitudes.
