King suite was outdated decor no microwave had to ask for face cloths and liquid soap. The iron looked like someone cooked with it. Housekeeping dropped the ball on this room. And on top of that found a live roach in the bathroom. Took pics and video and was only offered $50.00 room credit. I will never stay there again.

I remember Rio in the late 90's and 2000's. It was nice. Today's Rio had super outdated rooms, malfunctioning safe, broken iron, and stains all over the room. The pullout couch bed had a super dirty mattress that was unusable. Disappointing. :(
