I loved staying there but when the maids ckeanwd my room all that was done was my bed was made and they refreshed my toilette there was still stuff on my floor dirty cups left was not happy with the room service but the hotel and casino was fantastic

The casino and retail shops were nice. Staff was friendly as well. The area obviously was closer to the terrible area and was so scary to even think of walking outside. When we checked in and went into the room that was supposed to be ours on the 6th floor my husband opened the door and it smelt like a complete pot facility in there. I had my 2 year old in there and there was NO WAY I was keeping him in there. Luckily, we ended up getting a cleaner room. Overall area wise DO NOT stay here. Ur better off staying either off the strip completely or in the strip with the surrounding hotels next to each other! Big mistake on my part.

This hotel charges a resort fee which is suppose to give you access to amenities in the hotel. However, the pools are closed in the winter obviously which I would expect, but also they charge the guests to go up to the observation deck. So what am I paying $37.50 a day for? Also there is no microwave or fridge in the room but they offer them at an additional $15 a day. The Roxy restaurant that I used to love is gone now, replaced by the Strat Wok, an expensive for no reason Chinese restaurant. The price of everything in this hotel have gone up but no real improvements. I have stayed at this hotel four times and each time it has gotten worse. I will not stay here again.

Nice hotel friendly and helpful staff. The rooms were comfortable and they had a lot of places to eat.

Didn’t like the area of town where the hotel was to far away from the strip

I love my moment spend there, the staff was professional and well knowledgeable.

So far so good, staff was not real friendly but the hotel from outside and inside is really nice

We requested a non-smoking room and got it . However the room underneath us was a smoking room and the smell of marijuana was in our room throughout our stay. The Housekeeper was gracious to spray our room to help with the smell.

Good value, slightly dishonest. I would stay here again.

If you plan to visit both Strip and Fremont this hotel is in between. Its Location is by the end of the Strip towards South. If your not a ride fanatic, then there’s nothing much to see inside other than Las Vegas view from the Top of the Tower. Rooms needed further improvements. Yet Pretty much recommended place to stay if they offer a great deal.

Hotel has the worst hospitality room was dirty and out dated this hotel definatly needs ah makeover ASAP wouldn’t recommend stayin here ever..

The hotel wasn't too bad, it was clean and nice though it looked old. The stay was good in general.

It’s in the middle of Old Vegas and New Vegas. Loved the easy access and discounted prices to the rides at Stratosphere.

Hotel staff super friendly. Helped for a smooth check in experience
