Hotel was dirty and rooms were dusty , bedsheets stained.

The only thing i didnt like was there appeared to be blood in several spots on the floor, and the toilet was extremely loud.

I will not stay here in my next visit for sure .rooms were small, carpets were stinky .

Never could get a drink either playing or standing at. At waiting while bar tenders never ask what you want or what they could help you with! Had to speak with managers twice on a 4 night trip! Disappointing

I will put on every page that exists a very bad review so no other person go thru this ever again.

The city is not my type of environment however the experience was one to remember.

Had a wonderful time . Nice variety of places to eat. Staff was on top of our every need. We would come back and stay again.

All the staff members were extremely nice. All the way from the maids, bar tenders, to the front desk. Made my stay much more enjoyable.

W got upgraded to a remodel room with city view just for $10 more per night, very nice room

I wouldn't say this is an amazing hotel with all the bells and whistles but it was clean and the staff was friendly all around. It had the basic necessities. My favorite part of my stay was the pool. There are two. One for families and a 21 + pool. Both were great. Not too busy and the food on the 8th floor was good. I had the ceviche. Again not amazing but good. When in Vegas most people are out and about so the room you sleep in just for that, sleeping. As long as it is clean and there is a shower, I'm fairly simple to please.

Stratosphere Hotel was very close to the Las Vegas Convention Center and was very easy to commute between,The hotel staff was exceptional, very courteous.

Feels like your staying at a motel. You're better doing such. They air quality it horrible.

Could not reach front desk. I called from my room twice and was put on hold both times for extended periods, I had to eventually hang up due to a lack of response! I went down to the desk and was cavalierly told that they are a very busy hotel! I will not stay here again.

No electricity, sink plumbing backed up, was not allowed in certain areas of hotel/casino due to electrical issues. No perks of staying there, very far from the strip.

Paid extra 11 dollar per night to upgrade... the initial allocated room was old and unclean .. but, hotel staff service was good. Overall hotel stay was ok

I asked for towels and never got them I asked about 3 times

The views were incredible, our room was on the 24th floor, which is where the pool and bar were Great music

Disappointed in hotel. Location not in good area.

Hotel had more to offer than I was lead to believe. Nice bars, nice restaurants and staff.

My credit card was charged $84 and i had to pay $90 cash. What was that for i have no clue. I will never book with Orbitz or Expedia ever again.
