Located in the heart of Downtown Las Vegas you can rent this property on Las Vegas Boulevard steps away from Fremont Street, dining, bars, and nightlife! Located on the 11th floor the unit has beautiful mountain views and overlooks the north side of Downtown. Kitchen includes granite counter tops and stainless steel appliances and is open to the living room/dining room.

Enjoy a morning coffee on the balcony. When ready to socialize the property offers a fitness room, social room with periodic activities, a rooftop pool and spa and separate BBQ area. Garage parking is included with one designated spot. The front desk has a concierge and there is onsite security that do regular patrols of the premise. If you are an animal lover and have a dog there is a dog run to let your pooch out to do its business.
