The price was very good, Out the door with fees & taxes was $145. I would never pay full price. They are still short staffed in some areas.

Overcharged

I loved the room, especially the bed - heavenly comfortable! Everything is brand new. Friendly people are working there. The only thing - water in shower took way too long to warm up, maybe 15 min or so.

Excellent! I will be back…

Cleanliness and style

Loved the vibe! Pool area was fun and offered plenty of variety. Room was decent, could have been a bit cleaner.

Loved how the hotel is spacious

Great place, bit noisy in the middle of the night from their day club so ask for a room as far away from it as possible. Other than that GREAT!

Brand new very clean beautiful

Nice place

This is a fair experience for Vegas. Orbitz only gives me 1500 words sadly. If you want all the cool stuff the resort offers you have to stay on the Crocksford side I guess. To me, all they boasted online fell flat. The app didn't work, ever. The desk clerk told me they had lots of complaints of it not working. Door keys it is. The robot dogs were always dead. The "Globe" in the 1990's designed Mall was dull. Dull show, No Audio. I have no idea how that's interactive. I stayed in the Mid Tier Conrad. It was nice. It was a nice hotel. The Spa was very nice, the pool was very nice. The room was pleasant with a great view of the strip. The desk host had to go back an check to see my Strip view room was available, but my Orbitz rez said "Strip view" and you know you pay for it. I did get it, but I felt like, cause I was traveling alone they didn't want to give that room up to me. Valet was nice. Room service wasnt. Okay so you have to go through GrubHub. I did a little test. Ordered a Breakfast from "Buns Out." Grub Hub $45 (with tip)/ take the elevator down, same order $18. Ridiculous. I guess a lot of the "tech" they speak of revolves around gamers. I don't gamble, so I guess I missed out on USB ports at my game and bar seats. Im every tech forward person, but if I'm being sold "tech" and what I get is LED screens everywhere I'm not engaged. Once, Celine and Katy start drawing more guests in they will have to face what's not working. If the deal is right, I'll go back. If.

Excellent room and good amenities

Brand new hotel!

Water did not get hot. Linens had a strange odor. Staff neglected to release hold on my account upon check out.

The resort is great very clean and elegant. The only issue is that the shower has no door. A hotel like this and at this cost it should have that. The water runs off from the shower into the bathroom.

Vending machine by the ice machine charged me $16 for a single small bottle of sesame water. Pretty irritated about that.

Very limited non asian restaurant choices, technomusic from club kept us awake all night- had to switch rooms

Everyone went out of there way to please you and many options for dining and the Sky Bar lounge and staff were fantastic.

Assigned the wrong room, facing the wrong direction.; Uber/Lyft pickup and drop off confusion; Lack of communication with staff..overall i wouldn’t book again.

We had a wonderful time we love the staff and the rooms the pools are amazing the food was amazing the over all experience was amazing we will be back in November
