Hotel studio room 1st floor mountain side is below street level and next to main employee entrance and parking lot. Dark room, no privacy. Shower was broken and leaked water. Hyatt would not provide a new room.

We were truly blown away at how picturesque this resort truly was when we arrived! The staff was welcoming and friendly, our room was beautiful, and access to the game room and the pool was easy. The activity staff were really kind to our daughter and made our stay even more enjoyable. Though several things were closed due to the off-season, we were still able to find things to eat for breakfast and lunch and in between exploring nearby Tahoe.

This was a shoulder season stay and the entire resort was pretty empty, almost all restaurants and shops were closed until November. Unit itself was lovely and comfortable. We had a two bedroom, two bath unit, maybe not too good for two couples as the second bedroom and bath were not nearly as upscale as the master, great for kids.
