The entire stay was inviting. The staff was so friendly and inviting. The facility was clean and comfortable. There were stools or chairs outside each room door to enjoy the views and weather. It was great

No one in office had to check in on kiosk virtual. Could not understand due to heavy accent. Card reader would not work for contactless payment. Got room key. It would not work. Walked to office twice had to wait for kiosk. Finaly got a new room and keys worked. About 11 pm neighbors started playing extremely loud Hispanic music. Call front desk with no answer several times. Knocked on door to neighbors but no answer. Around 1am called police.

It's an old motel. Not glamorous but not bad either. Everything was clean and comfortable. Very easy check in. Pool and jacuzzi! Very centrally located. Everything is just a few minutes away.

The staff was extremely nice and helpful. There were cracks around the countertops. The floor was very dirty and feet would be dirty after walking around after shower. I needed to go to the office twice because no coffee was stocked in the room. The TV didn't work when I arrived but it was fixed very quickly. The breakfast was not as pictured online. Waffles were the only hot item offered and the machines put out so much heat that you couldn't remain in the area.

The room was clean and the staff were friendly. The breakfast was very sparce as it advertised an expanded continental breakfast. No eggs or muffins. The chair in the room should be replaced as it was really worn. We did sleep well.

Old linens. Bedding had to be changed due to stains or dirty, not sure. Dated. Reception smelled of food. Maid did an excellent job, and reception person was very nice. Probably won't stay here again.

The staff was great. To pay $228 for this hotel would have been outrageous except for the very large pyrotechnics show that weekend and Valentine’s Day weekend. At best it should have been no more than $130-150. BUT I understand the dynamics of the environment. The room was clean, tv worked fine and the best part of the whole room was the very cool mirror in the bathroom area. It was WAY cool. I’m going to get one for my bathroom!
